The beautifully designed studio under sloping ceilings is located in a central street in the old town of Flensburg. Through the panorama window you have a beautiful view over the roofs of the old town to the east side of the fjord. The studio is clearly divided into individual living areas. In addition, a small bedroom on the same floor can be used. There is also a parking space behind the house.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchenette and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and free toiletries. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a desk.

Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gut gelegen, das Zentrum war fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar.Die Ausstattung wurde verbessert (2-flammiges Induktionskochfeld, gute Bettdecken) und entsprach voll unseren Ansprüchen.Kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten gab es in den Nebenstraßen.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wohnung entspricht nicht den Angaben

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen und sauber, entspricht aber nicht den Angaben. Folgendes gibt es NICHT: Parkplatz, Geschirrspüler, Ofen (nur eine einzige Kochplatte), Toaster, Schreibtisch, Spiele. Die Badewanne ist nur als Dusche nutzbar, da es keinen weiteren Wasserzulauf gibt, etwas Whirlpool ähnliches gibt es nicht. Es sind nur dünne Sommerbettdecken vorhanden, keine weitere Decke für Bett oder Sofa. Dass es keinen Parkplatz gibt, obwohl genau damit groß geworben wird, empfinden wir als Betrug.

Nettes kleines Studio Appartment über den Dächern von Flensburg

das Appartment ist sehr ruhig und zentral gelegen. Kleine Kochnische für Selbstversorger vorhanden. Es ist alles wie beschrieben. Frau Jansen hat uns sehr nett empfangen Die Marienstrasse führt direkt in die Einkaufszone, der Hafen ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr praktisch ist der seperate Stellplatz für das Auto auf dem Hof, da parken in der Umgebung schwierig ist. Würden wir wieder anmieten.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit noch schönerem Ausblick

Der Kontakt mit Frau Jansen funktionierte sehr gut. Sie hat uns alles wichtige gezeigt und erklärt. Gut ist auch, dass zu der Wohnung ein Stellplatz für das Auto gehört. Aus der Wohnung hat man einen super Ausblick über die Dächer von Flensburg. Wir können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.
