Not so clean
The apartment location is nice, a short walk to a playground and restaurants. The inside of the apartment is nice, spacious shower and an open living/dining area. Cleanliness was less than desirable. Upon arrival there was food crumbs and debris on the kitchen floor, dishes with food particles in the cupboards, utensils with food on them in the drawers, hair and dirt on the shower floor, dirt on the bathroom sink top and a sock on the bathroom floor. The dishwasher we didn't use because it smelled like sewer water. The single pay washer and dryer is in the basement of the complex and shared by at least 12 apartments so its availability is rare. The name of the apartment is not what is on the apartment door or mailbox so it was a guessing game as to which apartment the key went to. Also there is only one key that you need to have with you to get out of the parking garage so if doing two seperate things you have to figure out who will return first and let them have the key. Last the listing contradicts itself with the number of bedrooms. There is only one bedroom with a double bed and there is a pullout sofa bed in the livingroom.
