Vineyard house restored with respect for its architecture, halfway between Le Mans and Tours, on the heights of the Loir Valley, on the owners' farm.
Stroll along the numerous hiking and mountain biking trails that border the cottage.
Nearby: Bercé national forest, water sports center at Lac des Varennes (Marçon), trout fishing in Dinan (fishing license required), Le Mans circuit, Loire Valley Châteaux, etc.
Unfenced and very quiet space, with breathtaking views of the countryside.
Located in "Le Pavillon", access is via the communal road, approximately 300 meters away, through the farm "La Tibergerie".
Ground floor: living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge area in the veranda with a double sofa bed and TV. Heating: pellet stove. (With a ceiling grille to heat the upper floor)
Access to the bedroom on the 2nd level from the outside, via a stone staircase: 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed, 1 bathroom (sink and shower) and toilet. From the bedroom, via a miller's staircase, to the bedroom on the 3rd level: 3 single beds.
Included: sheets (beds made).
Extra cleaning fee: €50.
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
