Condo amenities include an outdoor pool, tennis court, gym, kayaks for exploring Jordans Lake, a small, private beach, and a shared fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows. Great spot for a budget stay in the Asheville area

This site is in a good location and amenities. Condo was clean and the owner very responsive to any questions. It's a short drive from both local activities and Asheville. Additionally, there are some really good restaurants just around the corner with a five-minute drive. Very pleased with our stay!

We liked the mid-century feel of the place since that’s the era that my wife and I grew up in. It had some minor maintenance issues, but in general we had a pleasant stay.

Do not recommend

The room was musty and damp, and sticky. Trash was overflowing outside and when it rained you had to step through a channel of running water to leave through the front door. No wifi as advertised. We have them the benefit of the doubt and asked to be moved to another room or to get a refund and those requests were ignored. The place has potential, but needs lots of TLC.
