Guests & Quiet Hours • Maximum Guests: 4 people • Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM • Our home is in a peaceful neighborhood with working families, so we kindly ask you to keep noise levels low, especially during quiet hours.
Parking • There are 2 driveways. Your assigned driveway is on the North side of the house (driveway that is left of the yard). . Maximum of 2 cars in the driveway • Garage is available for motorcycles only (1-2 max) and must be reserved ahead of time in writing as this is a shared garage with another unit. • Trailers are allowed for overnight parking. • Parking is not allowed on the street. Please use the designated parking areas provided.
No Smoking Policy • Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. • Why? We work hard to provide a clean, smoke-free environment for all our guests. • If smoking is detected, a $250 cleaning fee will apply. This fee covers: • Professional cleaning of furniture, curtains, and linens. • Air purification to eliminate odors. • Extra cleaning time to restore the home to its fresh state. • Thank you for helping us keep the property fresh for everyone!
Trash & Recycling • Trash Pick-Up: Monday & Thursday • Recycling Pick-Up: Thursday only • Please place your trash and recycling in the provided bins and set them at the curb the night before pick-up. Don’t forget to return the bins after collection! • Trash cans are located under the stairs in the back of the house near the laundry room.
Furniture • Feel free to rearrange furniture inside the house to suit your needs. • Just be sure to return it to its original spot before you check out—thank you for helping us keep everything organized!
