Welcome to Holiday Loft A15 – your unique retreat in the former artist and planning studio Atelier Bauer. Discover your favorite spots in this spacious 80 m² split-level apartment designed for two.



Located just outside the medieval town of Fladungen, in the tri-state area of Hesse, Thuringia, and Bavaria, you’ll stay in the heart of the Franconian Rhön, northern Bavaria, central Germany, and at the center of Europe.



The open-plan living, sleeping, relaxing, and working area features a lockable bathroom and stretches across two levels. The sleeping and living area on level 2 is accessed by four steps from level 1. On the first level, you’ll find a pantry kitchen with bar counter and stools, a cozy dining area with garden view, a reading and yoga nook, a compact shower room with WC and sink, and a massage chair. An infrared cabin for your exclusive use is located on level 2. The apartment has its own entrance on the ground floor and a small balcony on the upper level.



You are welcome to use the garden, which offers plenty of sunny and shady spots. Deckchairs, benches, and seating are provided. Smokers will find a comfortable lounge in the garden house. There’s also a barbecue area with kettle grill and fire pit. Cool off in the outdoor shower by the garden house. Please note that, out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets cannot be accommodated. Enjoy the gentle sound of the natural brook from the sleeping area when the balcony door is open. The town’s heated outdoor pool, just 400 meters away, is perfect for a swim.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and an ironing board.
