Great coastal retreat

The parking was fine because we were out of season by 2 weeks & it we arrived when it was full & wet & most tourists had left. From mid-June it would be a problem, get the yellow man on to check times. Hotel good quaint accommodation. Help yourself to breakfast, but it hadn’t been set up by staff, made own coffee, ants in the kitchen! Fresh bread appeared at 8:15am

Cozy little house with shared rooms

Cozy little house close to the water with a bunch of rooms. Small, comfortable but in no way luxurious rooms lot of shared spaces like kitchen etc. Only stayed a short winter night while passing through town but it's probably beautiful in the summer. The host would communicate over sms and seemed really friendly

Good stay at the Villa Evalotta in Fjallbacka

We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa Evalotta in Fjallbacka. Very quiet. Very comfortable. And an absolutely great view of Fjallbacka and the off shore islands. Location is perfect. A close walk to nearby hikes and to the harbour-front area. It took us a bit to figure out where we could park all night...but after talking to a few people on the street we worked that out - basically down the hill by the "bus station" (parking is free). The home itself was wonderful - clean, and with character and nice touches. Comfortable bed. Good wifi. Bathroom was just down the hall. Shower was upstairs on 3rd floor. No problem. We'd definitely stay there again.

It was clean & empty at this season which was really good. Good to know that breakfast isn't really included but they have juice, bread,eggs, jams anyway which is nice. I totally recommend!

Lovely & Quaint

When we arrived, it was already dark. We let ourselves in according to the instructions, which were provided to us via text. Place was very welcoming and comfy after a full day of exploring Swedish (and Norwegian) countryside. Its a lovely house, which was fully stock for our comfort and convenience. When we walk up in the morning, we were greeted by a beautiful view from our window - North Sea and a quaint fisherman village on its shore. Being off tourist season, we literally had the entire village for ourselves. Incredible experience.
