Great location

Terrific location from which to explore the Fitzroy Falls area. Lovely farm stay. Very friendly host. Highly recommend.

Relaxing weekend.

We had a great 3 night stay in this lovely property. We were lovely and cosy in front of the fire whilst the rain stormed outside. Annie’s barn has all you need for a relaxing stay.

Peaceful getaway

Lovely peaceful get away. we spent the whole time reading in front of the fire. I would suggest getting a new hotplate as this one did not work very well so cooking on it was not ideal. Or getting a BBQ to be able to cook outside the barn.

Great nature fix

Lovely converted barn with comfy bed, plenty of chooks, possums, alpacas, sheep and a couple of friendly dogs. Even an Echidna and some bunny waggets. Greg swears there are wombats but they must have been avoiding me. Very close to Fitzroy Falls and Morton NP, where the views are spectacular and the birds are abundant. Lovely hosts with fresh free range eggs for you to collect straight from the coop. Very relaxing stay.

Great stay for a relaxing weekend

Annie’s Barn was lovely. It is situated on Rowan Farm. It was clean, cosy & quaint. Greg was a great host. Putting the fire on ready for our arrival. We fed the Alpacas, got fresh eggs for breakfast. Had a nice stroll around the farm. Good spot to recharge and close to the attractions & towns of the Sounthern Highlands. Would recommend this one 👍🏻

Not what was expected

Tired furnishings, musty and no windows in studio area (only from the kitchenette & bathroom). Very close (4m?) to back of owners house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booked the venue as it was near to the wedding we were attending. Great location, easy to find, and everything you need is on site. The host is super friendly as is his dog. Very close to Fitzroy Falls and the national park. The only downside? We only stayed one night!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family recently stayed at Annie’s Barn at Rowan Farm and we loved every moment. The accommodation was perfect - cosy, clean and had all we needed for a long weekend stay. Greg and Roxy were incredibly generous of their home, time, knowledge and we’re so friendly. We were invited to their bonfires, to walk around the beautiful property, to pat and feed the alpacas and to watch the sheep get their injections, which our 2 year old son loved watching. Days later he is still talking about going back to the farm, which we have promised to do.

Wonderful peaceful stay

Rowan Farm is a happy beautiful place. The owner was a helpful, charming guy who gave us few free eggs and helped to feed the Alpacas. Peaceful and comfortable accomodation. We will come back

Great stay

Thank you for a great stay. Only improvement was we were a bit disappointed with no eggs Sunday morning. Perhaps the guests before cleaned out the supply. Out of your control. Otherwise great location & stay thank you very much. Hope to come again. Guy Sadly the lovely ladies did lay enough that day!
