Quiet, cozy and bright 2-room apartment in a central location. Ideal for 2 people. The apartment was renovated in winter 2018/2019. The bathroom was also completely renovated in November 2022. New, fully furnished kitchen with dining area. Living room with LED TV, Blue-Ray Disc/DVD Player and Bluetooth speakers for your music. Comfortable sofa bed, for 3rd person. Separate bedroom, daylight shower bath and a covered western balcony. WLAN free of charge. Streaming (Netflix, You Tube etc) via Blue Ray Disc Player with WiFi. Registration with your own account. The kitchen is equipped as follows: dishwasher, Nespresso machine, coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, 2 -plates ceramic hob, toaster, sufficient dishes, pans and pots. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are available. An initial equipment detergent, coffee filter, Nespresso capsules, spices, kitchen and toilet paper are on arrival
