What you are not told
A/C, cools nothing. Privacy, none, no window coverings. No running water or sink, no refrigeration or storage, fire pit burried in a sand dune, no shade, 100 yards uphill in sugar sand to restroom facilities. This is a $29 per night unit, at best.

Pictures aren’t accurate, but beautiful lake!
We stayed over the weekend of the 4th of July & were surprised by how un-crowded our side of the lake was! We absolutely loved sitting on the beach & thought the area was beautiful & quiet.
But, the pictures weren’t accurate for where we stayed. It showed a flat area around the trailer, a fire pit with wood, a picnic table, & a grill. None of that was there & we had very little flat space around the trailer. There was a fire pit, but it was pressed up against bushes.
The solar power wasn’t great. Since we were expecting a grill, we ended up having to make do with the microwave & it drained our power, so we didn’t have power for the AC unit, lights, or charging our phones.
Additionally, the instructions to find the trailer were very unclear & it took us awhile to find it. We ended up leaving early, since we have a toddler & it was difficult to stay. We understand we were “glamping” so we couldn't expect everything to be hotel-standards or anything along those lines… but you’d think that the trailer & area would actually match the pictures shared in the listing & have the amenities shown in the pictures.

Great location. Very private
Cool spot. Right next to the beach. The power never charged that well. It runs off of solar power. It got a little windy that night but was still pretty nice location. The owner let us stay on the beach a little longer as well. They seemed very nice.

This is the Place
Yuba Lake, was amazing! Parker, was attentive and communicative throughout our entire stay. We went with family, and ended up becoming friends with our neighbors! Paddle boards, kayaks and jet skis were available to rent, right there which made it convenient, and our stay that much better. This was a place where tons of memories were made, late night campfires and dinners. But most of all, where new friendships were able to blossom! Thank you for the beautiful space Parker! We’re already planning our next trip, we will see you next year, along with the new friends we made!

Awesome!
Parker was fantastic! We needed a get away and this was perfect. The airstream is pretty close to the water. There are jetskis to rent which were pretty fun. The water is receding unfortunately. It would be nice if there was sand brought in and put down at the shore. We loved it none the less 😁
A true, simple, quiet lake-side getaway. The sand on the beach is fine, the location is easy access from I-15, yet completely isolated. Flush toilets and a shower onsite. Superb!
