the property was not the villa but a tiny house on the hill behind. one bedroom and a loft. Difficult steps. This was the property the lady did rent, and she went out of her way o make our stay really good. The mis-understanding was Vrbo, not her. Best bed on our 3 week trip in Sweden.

Enjoyed it

We enjoyed our stay at the Cabin. It is clean and newly renovated to a high standard. The beds are comfortable and the rooms inviting. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a small sheltered beach a short walk away, which is good for swimming. We took our SUP boards and explored the lake. It is a short drive to supermarkets and shopping. Communication with the owner is excellent. Very fast and welcoming. My review is marked down due to some confusion around the listing, as details and photographs differed across travel site listings. Important for visitors to know that the owner lives in a property next to the cabin; the cabin is split in two with both halves rented out; there is also a small cabin at the back of the property which is rented out. We were looking for absolute privacy, so this setup wasn't ideal for us. If you're ok with close living, then this will be fine for you. Make sure that you bring tick repellent and have your vaccinations up to date. Our little dog picked up ticks after each walk, which limited our exploring. Seems to be a lot of them in this area.
