Very nice place. Everything clean and good as should be. Things deserve highlights: - bathroom and separate toilate what makes it so much easier to leave in the morning :) - skibus busstop is like 5meters from the skiroom - lots of space for your things (shelves, wordrobes, etc) What could be better: - kitchen could be better equiped - a bit loud from the street from one side

Pluses: - the apartment is located right in the middle of the town, steps away from a ski lift to Mayrhofen ski resort - the apartment is spacious enough for 4 adults - the apartment is very clean and offers everything you need - the owner is very friendly and helpful - on site parking Minuses: - the house is located on a busy street and many cars go by, so if you are a light sleeper, you might find this a bit noisy - one of the rooms was a bit colder than the other but the owner helped

Urlaub Ferienwohnung 1

Wir haben in der "Ferienwohnung 1" unseren Urlaub verbracht. Aus dem Internet geht zwar hervor, dass die Unterkunft direkt an der Hauptdurchgangsstraße liegt, jedoch nicht, dass diese in Hanglage liegt (hohe Drehzahl der Motoren) und selbst in der Nacht stark befahren wird, Das Haus ist schon etwas älter und dadurch sind die Wände und Fenster, sowohl gegen Schall als auch gegen Kälte/Wärme nicht so gut isoliert. Man kann in der Wohnung zu vier Personen wohnen, entspannt ist es jedoch aufgrund der Platzverhältnisse in der Küche eher zu zweit oder dritt. Wichtig ist noch, dass Corinna und Christoph scheinbar nur die Ansprechpartner sind und der Eigentümer Herr Josef "Sepp" Fankhauser ist. Bei Problemen versuchen die beiden wirklich ihr Bestes, nur sind die beiden Abhängig vom Eigentümer, welcher schnell eine aufbrausende Persönlichkeit hat und hierdurch nicht unbedingt zur Problemlösung beiträgt. Nicht unbedingt so wichtig, jedoch funktioniert das WLAN in der FeWo nicht wirklich gut. Man hat eigentlich nur im großen Schlafzimmer Empfang, in den anderen Räumlichkeiten kaum bzw. immer wieder Verbindungsabbrüche. Der Bodenbelag in den Schlafzimmern ist Teppich, welche nicht mehr der sauberste/neuste ist. Die Dusche ist sehr eng. In beiden Schlafzimmern hört man sehr gut den Straßenverkehr. Die Parkplätze sind auf der anderen Straßenseite, vor dem Gästehaus gibt es keinen Überweg über die Hauptstraße, welche zudem in Hanglage und Kurve liegt und schwer einzusehen ist.

Genau wie wir es erwartet hatten

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Da wir jeen Tag unterwegs waren, haben wir uns für eine Fereinwohnung entschieden. Uns wurde Brötchenservice angeboten, den wir gerne annahmen. Die Brötchen waren gut und immer sehr früh morgens schon im Haus. In Angestellte des Hauses war stets ansprechbar und sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Einziges Manko waren die quietschenden Betten.

Die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch. Die Lage ist optimal, Skibus direkt vor dem Skikeller. Eigener Parkplatz. Auto wird nicht benötigt. Bushaltestelle direkt daneben. Zwei Schlafzimmer, gut für kleien Familie. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ferienwohnung mit Wohnküche

Immer wieder gerne. Die Schlüsselübergabe lauft per Telefonanruf, und kann somit relativ Frei am Anreisetag abgesprochen werden. Bei Bedarf gibt es einen Brötchen Lieferdienst. Der Skibus hält direkt vor der Tür für den Ort Finkenberg. Der Skibuss für den Gletscher hält ein paar Meter die Hauptstraße aufwärts.
