Lovely stay at Casa Barbara

The location was absolutely fabulous. Our hosts, Barbara and David, were very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and offered what we needed. If there is anything that cold be improved it would would be some less noisy doors/handles. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. We are already thinking of going back.

Alles zu Fuß erreichbar - in 10 Minuten ist man am Strsnd bzw. beim Supermarkt. Traumhafte Aussicht vom Schlafzimmer und vom Balkon aus aufs Meer. Sehr freundliche Vermieter und wirklich eine Wohnung mit viel Platz!

Die Wohnung und Ausstattung ist super und die Vermieter sind sehr nett, ABER es ist nicht geeignet für gehbehinderte Menschen. Der Abstieg zum Strand ist stellenweise sehr steil und enthält im zweiten Teil sehr viele Treppen. Der Aufstieg zur Wohnung ist auch dementsprechend anstrengend.

Günstige Unterkunft mit fantastischem Ausblick

Ausblick: sensationell. Man schaut über die Stadt aufs Mittelmeer von Balkon und Schlafzimmer aus - wirklich traumhaft! Lage: Gut, man ist über ein paar Treppen schnell in Innenstadt und Supermarkt - die muss man nur wieder hoch ;-)Gastgeber: David ist ein super lieber, hilfsbereiter, gut erreichbarer und freundlicher Gastgeber - top! Sauberkeit: Betten und Handtücher waren sauber und ordentlich, Geschirr und Badvorleger leider nicht :( Säuberungsmittel und Schwämme mussten wir erst kaufen, das war schade, daher war das Wohlgefühl am 1. Tag gedämpft Ausstattung: ein weiters Manko, was jedoch im Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis steht: die Schlafcouch war muffig und abgenutzt und leider nicht sehr einladend, in der Küche fehlten uns Utensielen (Brettchen, Schüsseln, Platz um für 4 Leute essen zuzubereiten) und eine Ablagefläche im Bad wäre auch schön. Das meiste davon hätte man jedoch auf den Bildern sehen können - daher selbst Schuld. Für Fahrradpflege ist alles da (Dusche, Waschmaschine, abschließbare Garage mit viel Platz).Insgesamt - vor allem für den Preis wenn man zu viert reist - eine günstige Wohnung in toller Lage und freundlichem Vermieter, die mit einem Investment in ein paar neue Möbel und etwas mehr Blick auf Sauberkeit noch Potential ausschöpfen könnte :)

100% für die ganze Familie

Von der Begrüssung bis zur Abreise sehr feundlich...immer hifsbereit...Meerblick sensationell...die Einrichtung modern und sauber...Ausstattung könnte etwas besser sein....vom Strand bis zur Wohnung ist es nicht weit...kurzer Weg durch die Altstadt und den Geschäften. ..dann muß man aber einige Treppen steigen nach 2 Tagwn jat man sich dran gewöhnt und nach einem faulen Strandtag ist das auch gur möglich. .mit Kinderwagen eher schlecht....Sehr gerne wieder....

Leider hat diese tolle Aussicht nur aus dem Schlafzimmer

Die Wohnung ist sehr großräumig und mit in die Jahre gekommenen Möbel ausgestattet . Leider kann man die tolle Aussicht die in der Anzeige zu sehen ist nur aus dem Schlafzimmer genießen. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig . Das Schlafzimmer ist direkt neben dem Balkon der anderen Wohnung was ein einschlafen ohne ohrenstöpsel fast unmöglich macht. Ein gemütliches zusammen sitzen ist in der Wohnung nicht möglich. Das Bad und das Kinderzimmer stimmte nicht mit den Bildern in der Anzeige überein. Die Vermieter allerdings sind wirklich sehr freundliche Leute und helfen sollte es ein Problem geben. Wir würden diese Wohnung jetzt nicht mehr buchen. Die anderen Wohnungen mit dem großen Balkon wären noch eine Option da diese etwas moderner ausgestattet sind. Ich bin aber selber schuld,ich muss besser lesen und weniger mich auf die Bilder verlassen 😬

Traumhaft schön

Wir haben drei wunderbare Tage mit unseren beiden Teenagern hier verbracht. Die Wohnung ist gross, heimelig und bietet eine super Aussicht aufs Meer genau wie angezeigt im Internet. Wir haben auch unseren Balkon und den Gemeinschafts-Garten genossen. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Lage am Hang und idyllisch in die Natur eingebettet. Und doch ist man dank des schmalen Fussweges in fünf Minuten mitten auf der Piazza und am Meer. Sehr nette und sympathische Gastgeber. Wirklich EMPFEHLENSWERT! Monica, Svizzera

Der Balkon ist Wahnsinn mit dem Blick über Finale und das Meer. Die Vermieter sehr sehr nett. Wir fanden die Lage am Hang und kurzem Weg in den Ort genau richtig....

Fin utsikt och stora, svala rum. Lite slitet. Köket rejält men dåligt utrustat och med ett udda möbler. På det hela en bra lägenhet. Skönt med den lilla balkongen. Bra att det fanns cykelgarage.
