Perfekter Urlaub

Die Wohnung war geräumig, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der überdachte Außenbereich war praktisch, da wir auch an einem Regentag draußen sitzen konnten. Enricos Grundstück ist wunderschön und gepflegt. Es ist sehr ruhig, man hört das Meeresrauschen und hat einen sensationellen Ausblick. Die Anfahrt ist recht abenteuerlich, war aber auch mit einem Camper machbar. Enrico ist super nett und hilfsbereit und war für uns jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar. Er bietet außerdem einen täglichen Brötchendienst an- sehr praktisch. Empfehlung!

Great place to stay. Enrico has a lovely property with lemon- and olivetrees. It's secluded by two gates and can be accessed from the coast and the upper street above the property. The road on the property is super steep, yet with a normal car no problem to handle. Enrico is super helpful and communication was perfect. Great location to explore the area with a great view and a really nice pool. We will be back 100%

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen super, schönen Aufenthalt. Die Ferienwohnung war top, schöne Lage, tolle Aussicht und mit Enrico einen super, hilfsbereiten Ansprechpartner. Bekamen jeden Morgen die Brötchen auf den Tisch geliefert, kurz gesagt, das hätte man nicht toppen können. Gerne wieder. Claudia&Jürgen

Schöner Urlaub

Die Kommunikation mit Enrico verlief von Anfang an sehr gut. Die Wohnung Nr5 war für uns vollkommen ausreichend. In der Küche ist alles da, was man benötigt. Die Betten sind sehr weich, aber bequem. Bad ist relativ neu und gut ausgestattet. Dank Waschmaschine muss man nicht so viel Klamotten mitnehmen. Vorteil dieser Wohnung ist die überdachte Terrasse, die auch bei schlechtem Wetter genutzt werden kann. Die Anlage an sich ist sehr schön. Zum Pool muss man ein wenig laufen, aber das ist auch mit kleinen Kindern gut zu meistern. Die Anfahrt, gerade von der unteren Hauptstraße ist schon abenteuerlich, aber gut zu meistern, auch mit Kombi. Also keine Angst machen lassen durch manch Kommentare. Bei allen Fragen hilft Enrico gerne weiter, übernimmt sogar Telefonate für einen. Zwei kleine Anmerkungen gibt es dann allerdings doch: Am Pool könnten mehr Liegen und mehr Schirme für Schatten bereitstehen. An manchen Tagen haben sich drei Personen eine Liege geteilt. Es gibt einen großen Schirm, liegt da aber jemand gibt es nur noch Sonnenplätze. Mit Kindern ist das schade. Enrico hat dann Schirmständer an den Pool gestellt, wo man sich dann den eigenen Schirm reinstellen konnte. Als zweite Anmerkung möchte ich sagen, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt. Das muss nicht unbedingt schlimm sein, aber es war auch nachts sehr, sehr heiß. Die Wohnung hatte an die 28 grad nachts und man schwitzt doch sehr. Lüften ist mit den zwei kleinen Fenstern kaum möglich. Zumindest eine der anderen Wohnung hat eine Klimaanlage. Hier wäre eine Installation in allen Wohnungen wirklich toll, um diese schöne Unterkunft zu einem perfekten Urlaubsdomizil zu machen. So oder so werden wir bestimmt wieder kommen und bedanken uns bei Enrico für die Woche Urlaub.

Urlaub aug. 2021 in La Selva

Wir hatten die Wohnung Nr. 5 und diese war sehr schön. Bad war neu renoviert und von der Terasse hat man einen herrlichen Meerblick. Der Pool war auch sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Meerblick vom Pool ist gigantisch Enrico ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber,der morgens frische Brötchen bringt und auch Pizza bestellt, die geliefert wird. Ok die Anfahrt ist beim 1. Mal schon abenteuerlich , aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Zum Meer kann man in ca. 10 min. hinlaufen , wenn man gut zu Fuss ist Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit nettem Gastgeber. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder Beste Grüße Elke und Jürgen

Vacances magnifique et reposantes

Merci à Enrico et Mélina, pour tout vraiment c’était un grand plaisir de découvrir ce petit paradis. Nous avons passés deux belles semaines! Le service est digne d’un 5 étoiles, livraison des petits pain le matin (commandé la veille!), la confiture maison ❤️, les conseils de visite à faire, tout tout tout! Il faut savoir que la route pour accéder au domaine est un peu surprenante au départ mais on s’y habitues… la vue en vaut la peine! Sabine et Patrick

sehr schöne Anlage mit ca. 7 Appartments, uns hat der Garten mit Olivenhain, der Pool mit Meerblick, gute Restaurants fussläufig, sehr netter Vermieter (Brötchendienst, tipps), Ruhe, gute Betten. In der Anzeige bei bei FeWo direkt wurde uns nicht klar, welche FeWo wir genau gemietet hatten, dafür besser Absprache mit dem Vermieter.

Sehr schönes Anwesen

Mein Mann und ich hatten mit unserem 5 Jahre alten Sohn sehr schöne Tage verbracht. Enrico und seine Frau waren sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Jeden Morgen bekamen wir frische Backwaren mitgebracht, was wir uns am Abend zuvor bestellt hatten. Zu Fuß kommt man ohne Probleme in circa 10 Minuten ans Meer. Einzigartig war die Aussicht auf das Meer von unserer Terrasse aus! Jeder Zeit wieder!!!

Super Woche!!!

Das Grundstück von Enrico, mit den Ferienwohnungen, sehr vielen Zitrus und Olivenbäumen, von denen man je nach Saison, reichlich Früchte bekommt, ist sehr schön und sauber. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist durch die erhöhte Lage, gigantisch!!! Super ist auch der Brötchendienst von Enrico!!! Wir haben die Woche bei Ihm sehr genossen und werden den Urlaub wiederholen!
