This is a superb signature quality caravan not a basic grade

Location: This holiday home is located on the Pine Ridge area at Reighton Sands.
Pine Ridge is a quiet area with sea views, around a 5 minute walk to Fun Works and a 2-3 minute walk to the beach path.

Living Area: A beautiful open plan living area with dining table.
50" Smart TV in living room and 40" smart TV in the main bedroom, free WI-FI.

Kitchen including microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, oven with hob, Dishwasher. There are enough knives forks spoons cups plates bowls within the caravan for up to 8 people plus a pet bowl for food and water
Plus plenty of cupboard space.

There is a vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket plus sweeping brush.

Heating: The caravan has electric heating and an electric fire.

Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms 1 double with separate toilet and 2 twin rooms, beds made up on arrival, lamps in bedrooms plus the sofa in living room has a pull out bed.

Bathroom: Toilet, shower and sink
En-suite in main bedroom: toilet and sink

Outside of the caravan there is large full wrap around decking with a table and chairs, plus a designated car parking space
For entertainment, guests can enjoy TVs. Other amenities include kitchens, 1.5 bathrooms, and refrigerators.

Rules

There is a strict NO SMOKING Policy within the Caravan. No disposable BBQs allowed on the decking at any time.
There is strictly NO charging of vehicles in the caravan electric car chargers can be found on the main car park near the shop.
Should you wish to use Havens facilities i.e. club, pool etc you will need to purchase passes from direct from Haven reception.
