Very close to 5 stars, no spare bin bags and the heating thermostat reverted back to 19 deg each day so some instructions for the heating system in the information book would be good, great location, would be amazing in summer

Fantastic host that went above and beyond, we even extended our stay an extra night, accommodation is fantastic especially the log burner on the cold evenings, has all the amenities you could need and the welcome pack is a nice little touch, our young daughter loved the place and we will definitely return.

Really nice property in a really nice, quiet holiday park. Great access to the beach and a 2 mile walk into Filey.Gym access was a bonus, pool was very busy the one time we went.Great comms from the owner, no complaints at all.

Fabulous, high standard accommodation. I would rate The Bay Village as being very clean, very well run, very easy to find, very easy to get to other routes to view the area. My daughter was impressed, and feels she would come back to the village and stay again with her family.

Stunning accommodation 10/10 , exceptionally clean, everything thought of for our stay , even for our dogs. The little touches very thoughtful. Only little suggestion would be to enclose the decking so the dogs can’t escape into the road. Had to keep them tied up to keep them safe (others had done this and made the decking look lovely ) Overall fantastic place, would 100% stay here again if decking area safe for dogs

The property was in excellent condition and had everything we needed. Lovely touches such as welcome basket, branded towels and everything you needed in the kitchen / bathrooms. Great hosts and good communication. Would highly recommend.

Really lovely stay in this excellent lodge, on a super site. It was extremely well equipped, with lovely touches like free tea and coffee and a hamper containing wine, peanuts etc, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated.Perfect location, we travelled with 2 dogs who loved the beach.We would not hesitate to stay again.
