You'll be asked to pay these charges at the property:

• Deposit: COP 40 per accommodation, per stay
• Christmas Day (December 25) Gala Dinner per adult: COP 35000
• Christmas Day (December 25) Gala Dinner per child: COP 27000 (from 5 to 15 years old)
• Valentine's Day (February 14) Gala Dinner per adult: COP 30000
• Valentine's Day (14 February) Gala Dinner per child: COP 30000 (from 5 to 15 years old)
• You may be required to pay the following charge at the property: Colombia Value-Added Tax (VAT) at 19%. A VAT exemption is available to travelers who present a valid passport and tourist visa showing they are not a resident of Colombia and who pay using a foreign card or via a bank transfer from outside Colombia. This exemption applies only to tourist package bookings (accommodation plus other travel services).
• Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation.

• Visitors traveling with a child may be required by the property to present the following documents: At check-in, parents traveling into Colombia with a child under 18 may be obligated to present the child's birth certificate and photo ID (passport for non-Columbian citizens). If a relative or legal guardian is traveling into Colombia with the child, that relative or legal guardian may be obligated to present a notarized consent of travel signed by both parents, along with a copy of both parents' ID. If only one parent is traveling into Colombia with the child, that parent may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by the other parent. Visitors planning to travel with children should consult a Colombian consulate office in advance of travel for additional guidance.
• The ranch can refuse certain bookings for the purpose of group events or parties, which include pre-wedding stag/bachelor and hen/bachelorette parties.
