The property has two parts, new building in white and the original establishment with higher category rooms (adult only). The central A/C in the new building is very strong, even when it's turned off. When the balcony door is open, it starts to get some moisture on the wall and smell like mold. The room is designed with an open concept which is suitable for a couple with intimate relationship (no kid). The bathroom is completely open with a sink and glass doors (no lock) to separate the shower and toilet areas. There is no hanger inside the shower if you want to dress/undress. The highest category room with balcony facing the sea has a wonderful view, but poorly isolated and hear people talking in the next room. Also close to the multi-functioning event hall. There was a wedding in the resort during our stay, with loud music 3 nights in the roll till 11pm. Breakfast is okay with some varieties but messy when it's busy. There is not much outside the resort, and the on-site restaurants make no effort to offer meal choices for Lunch and Dinner. Right on the beach with nice landscapes, two swimming pools need some refurbishments, the gym is very small with limited equipment, WIFI is very bad & unstable. Resort offers complementary use of kayak & paddle board which is a plus. Hotel stuff is quite nice especially the cleaning crew. Make sure you check the statement regularly since the deposit appear and disappear on the statement from time to time.

We really loved our stay at the Pearl. The facilities were great and the staff were very friendly. It was also great to have the option of a beach just beside the pool, the water was lovely and almost clear.

The property wasnt closeby to anything. The buffet breakfast didnt have many daily alternatives. More than 3 hours from Nadi. Beds were comfortable. Massage onsite good swimming pool. Could hear the people in the room next door talking through the walls. Good for relaxing by the pool

The exceptional customer service at this resort impressed me. They where always friendly and very helpful. The Pearl was our last stop on a 2 weeks honeymoon in Fiji and we found the resort to be comfortable and was a great location if you wanted to do the River Tubing nearby. The rooms were clean and the staff were excellent when we were able to get ahold of them. We went in May so I think it was the off time because we definitely noticed there being areas of short staffing. For example the gift shop was never opened once even though we asked 3 separate people if it was going to be opened at some point. It would have been fine if it was closed since its the off season but every time we asked someone it seemed like they were going to get someone who could open it but that person never actually opened it in the 4 days we were there. There were also times where it was a little hard to find the events person which yet again gave us the feeling that the place was short staffed/ was operating with lower staff in the Off season.

Great resort with great amenities and facilities. Spacious outdoors. Great breakfast buffet. Enjoyed the lovo buffet as well as the Fijian meke. Lovely staff, particular shout out to reception staff Millie as well as the friendly bar tender (jonny I think) and the young lady with the white T-shirt at the breakfast service (didn’t catch her name). Those guys made the stay even more enjoyable with their friendliness, kindness and care. Thank you Pearls team.

They told me I had an upgrade when I had actually received a downgrade. The food was extremely average, and because of this we went across the road to a place called The Establishment to eat. There were hardly any activities at the hotel. My teenage boys found it quite boring.
