Property is less overall than it was when we last started in 2013. The new main dining area is much less desirable than the 270 degree ocean views from the older part of the hotel. Additionally, the lovo and Fijian culture ceremony is lacking in comparison to below, as the several fire dances and gospel singing we're the best parts.

First room stank of mold. Was moved to a better room. No Wifi for majority of stay. Pool needs maintenance and painting, looks run down. Beach was full of trash. Wouldn’t take much to put more effort into cleaning up all the plastic that’s washed ashore. Staff were generally very friendly and kind. Good massage at the spa, but spa amenities also a bit rundown.

So much noise from room next door for several hours. Disappointed in staff for not doing anything despite making multiple calls to front desk. Disturbing night. Thankfully, we only stayed one night.

this is the unfriendly Fiji hotel, staff at interested in their jobs, the charges are much higher compared to other similar hotels in the area. avoid if possible.

There were no hand towels and hand wash. And whoever cleaned the rooms did not bother to empty the toilet bin plus did not replenish the toilet paper or the other items hand towel and bath mats and soaps. We had to ask but still no hand wash and hand towel throughout our whole stay. There was a musty odour every time we entered the room. The car park facilities are ridicules and limited and unsafe. The buffet breakfast was boring and pastries were not cooked well. The selection was mediocre and had no taste

Our stay overall was good - the main reception, housekeeping, and most restaurants staff were welcoming and helpful. However, a few staff had attitude issues that really need to be addressed. The $100 Expedia guest voucher was also a disappointment - it wasn’t clearly explained, and I was sent back and forth trying to use it. The boutique shop was not open on time, please a 10am is not 10:45am and in the end, I was told it could only be used at the restaurant. Unfortunately, I couldn’t redeem it at all, which left a frustrating end to an otherwise pleasant stay.
