The villa Lo Scopeto, with its breathtaking views of the Pratomagno Massif, on the one hand, and the Chianti Hills, on the other, is a 3.8 km driveway lined with old cypress trees. 'somewhere else.

The house (320 m²) consists of two wings interconnected, the central part housing the dining room and a living room with fireplace.

The large kitchen with separate dining room overlooks a loggia with terrace where, in the evening, you can admire the sunset sipping a glass of Chianti.

At the front, the U-shaped architecture of the house forms an interior courtyard with a small arch and a second loggia with a fully functional pizza oven.

The pool (5 x 10 m) is located about sixty meters from the house, surrounded by pines, oleanders and lavender bushes. The estate also borders a lake where you can swim or go boating.
