Welcome to the cottage of Pech de Balajou, a typical Lotoise stone house, beautifully renovated where you can spend a wonderful holiday with friends or family. Outside, a swimming pool awaits you as well as a covered terrace: you will appreciate them during the summer heat. Inside, large spaces tastefully furnished will allow you to spend friendly and warm moments. Do you like hiking? You will be delighted: the road to Compostela is a stone’s throw away. You can enjoy a quiet environment, a clear view of the surrounding nature while being close to any trade. At 4 kilometers from the center of Figeac, come to discover the richness of this city and its surroundings: natural, artistic, architectural, historical or gastronomic heritage... Cottage on 2 levels located on an open ground with a pool area (9x4m/ depth: 1.40 m) with sun loungers and outdoor shower. 2 terraces of 25 m²: one covered with garden furniture and the other raised giving access to the cottage with garden furniture and plancha. On the first level: living area with TV, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave,... 2 bedrooms: one with 2 beds 90 x 200, the other with 1 bed 160. A bathroom. Separate toilet. Upstairs: 1 open space/relaxation area with sofas, armchairs, TV, children’s desk, board games. 2 bedrooms, one with 1 bed in 160 and the other with 2 beds in 90 x 200. 1 bathroom. Separate toilet. Access to WIFI. All inclusive formula: sheets, towels, electricity, heating, household. A cleaning deposit of €100 will be requested when entering the premises.
