Make the most of your time on Butterfield Lake by renting the property's pontoon for an easy day on the water. Please note that outside pontoons or other personal watercraft are not permitted. If you'd like to rent the pontoon during your stay, feel free to reach out for availability and pricing.


🚗 Parking is available on-site. Please note that during the winter months, we recommend all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive.

📋 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
This home follows local compliance guidelines, which include:
• Signed rental agreement
• ID verification
• $1,250 security hold (pending authorization, not a traditional deposit)
As an alternative, guests may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver ($65 for stays up to 10 nights + $5 per night after 10 nights).

We use a secure, simple platform called Happy Guest (no app download required).
It provides easy document signing and a private guest portal with property details and local recommendations to make your stay seamless.

𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀:
+Failure to provide a signed rental agreement will immediately cancel the reservation without a refund if not received at least 24 hours before arrival.
+No smoking inside (vape included.)
+No illegal drugs or illegal substances on the property.
+Please return yard games and water toys to the basement closet, once dried.
+Tampering, unplugging, or covering, with Ring Cameras (located at the front door, balcony, and sliding glass door) is grounds for immediate reservation cancellation without refund. The security cameras are there for YOUR safety & our home's safety.
+No tampering/unplugging of the Wifi lock (plug-in) or router, which is grounds for immediate reservation cancellation without refund.
+Check-in is at 4:00 pm, unless otherwise discussed. The smart lock is set for a strict 4:00 pm check-in; it will not allow you to access the home even 1 minute before.
+Check-out is at 10:00 am.
+Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. While we have designated quiet hours, it's important to note that this doesn't confine you indoors. Rather, it's a gentle reminder to maintain respectful voices and consideration for those around us.

𝗔𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝘀:
+ $500 fee for unauthorized events/parties ( Bachelor and Bachelorette parties are welcomed)
+ $500 fee for smoking inside - smoking outside is acceptable - please respect the property and wildlife and dispose of remains.
+ Pets: Dogs only with prior approval. Maximum of 2 dogs, each under 75 lbs.

𝗣𝗘𝗧 𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗬
- A non-refundable $150 pet fee per stay applies.
- Please provide each dog's breed, age, and approximate weight before arrival.
- Dogs must be leashed outdoors, crated if left unattended, and kept off beds and furniture.
- Pet hair found on beds or furniture and excessive pet waste left inside or outside the property will result in additional cleaning fees.
- Guests must clean up after their dogs immediately and are responsible for any pet-related damage or extraordinary cleaning.
- Unauthorized pets or violations of the pet policy may result in additional fees or cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
