The tranquil surroundings are complemented by lawn areas that can be used for relaxation or play. A free parking space is available right in front of the house. The location is particularly suitable for sports enthusiasts: The cross-country skiing trail and a paragliding school are only 200 meters away.
The 25 square meter studio was partially renovated in 2018 and offers a functional interior in a cozy atmosphere. A sunny south-facing balcony provides a beautiful view of the mountains. The combined living and sleeping area is furnished with two foldable wall beds. The kitchenette includes an oven and a coffee machine. Other amenities include a shower, toilet, flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. The building also has a washing machine, dryer and storage rooms for skis, bicycles and luggage.
