The hostel room is clean and spacious. But there is no elevator. It is difficult to carry the luggage upstairs. I am a senior and the room is on the 3rd floor. When I asked the manager whether the seniors can get the rooms on 1st floor. She said no and we can get rooms with elevator in a more expensive hotel.

The building is quite old, facility needs renovation. Only 1 shared shower room in our floor. There is 6 of is who stayed plus other guests on that floor. Needs refurbishment- additional shower rooms

Didn’t realize it was a hostel

If I had known I had signed up for a hostel.... sure, but the bathroom was shared by a lot of people, found a drunk guy on the floor snoring outside our room one morning (it was New Years weekend)..... again if I was in my 20s and knew I had signed up for a hostel.... not too bad...

Very good!

Great location, clean and comfortable. Staff extremely friendly. Stayed at Casa Franco part of guestshouse. A little noisy, especially when people are opening their doors during the night.

In the room you can hear every, people talk,in ans out,Radio from next room,Very noisy, no TV ,shared bath and toilets,interest and breakfast have to walk 5mins to another building. This is not even can called 2star hotel. I am sure with this price can find much better one there.

It is a good idea to check in at hotel Sonne because the bus stop is just in front of hotel Sonne . The breakfast is superb . It is good value for money . There is one convenient shop about 10 minutes walk from the hotel .

Nice hotel and grounds.

Quiet location with with nice grounds. The staff was good. The hotel was very roomy. There is a nice little coffee shop down the road a little ways on the opposite side of the street.

Stay away!

The worst experience I've ever had. It was more like a frat house than a hotel. There is no elevator & they are in a ski resort town, how do they expect guest to get their stuff up 3 flights of stairs.

Room was very comfortable with a shared bath which was very uptodate and clean. Terrific breakfast was included. Only down side was that there is no elevator to 3rd floor room....and no internet connection. (have to go to their hotel which is around the block. City center is a bit of a bus ride away; bus stop is right at hotel.
