This is a very friendly property.Staff are great. breakfast is the best we've had in Turkey. It's a bus ride to town where all the action is, boat trips, paragliding, etc. The room doesn't get cleaned every day and you only get one bottle of water for your whole stay. They have a tour service you can book if you like the convenience.

Great prices great staff very helpful and very convenient it’s well connected to hisaronu and Fetiye town centre the pool is clean the rooms are clean and spacious you do have a safe in the rooms too which is always a great bonus the reception lady was ever so helpful and for currency conversion / exchange they give better rates than the city centre so only exchange your money in the hotel they are honest and helpful they have a wide variety of food and drinks menu too so that’s helpful too thank you monte verde hotel for having us we had a great experience I can’t wait to return I will be coming back 5* 10/10 <3

Great hotel; they put a lot-of efforts in small details to make the best out of it. We had a great stay; the personnel is very helpful. Only down-side is the shower is not very hot but thanks to the other positive points; we even extended our stay twice :D

our room was very good with plenty of towel and sheet changes.the laminate flooring was always dirty despite being mopped but they provided disposable spa style slippers for this, would have thought stronger detergent and hot water would have been a better solution! The turkish buffet breakfast was sufficient, although we were b&b we'd alternate eating out. The al a carte menu was quite limited with everything served with chips and salad and the 55ytl buffet evening meal was more ot the same,so again we ate out mostly. Mohammed speaks good english and engaged us with light conversation but the rest of the staff don't and just like us, have a basic grasp of pleasantries. The hotel is very photogenic and is in two parts. The main area has the large pool as a centre although there were towels left on sun loungers overnight that weren't occupied much the next day! this is discraceful behaviour and should be policed by staff as in other hotels. The bar has the sound system above it churning out 80's hits all day long so loud the barman can't hear your orders correctly. Thankfully they turn it down and change the soundtrack for the evening meal service at 7.30. they also turn it off during the call to prayer which is respectful, but unnecessary as the Ovacik Imam has the loudest PA in the Fethiye area! We stayed around the 'quiet pool' at the back of the property.It has 16 sun loungers around it and a disused bar, kitchen/diner. We enjoyed the peace & shade of the old diner!

Positives- Excellent value, good food, good location and friendly staff. Negatives- Bathroom smelt strongly of mildew mixed with sewage and toilet was very dirty. When I lifted the toilet seat, the entire under side and rim was covered in brown and yellow splats. I gagged. We wiped it down with antiseptic wipes and a roll of toilet paper before using.

The main hotel is great and the staff where friendly and helpful, decent food and clean rooms, pool, and the grounds. Only thing that let's it down is the block of apartments (prison block) at the back which are dreadful, small, basic and not nice for an extra £10 a night you can have a deluxe room which are lovely.

Perfect place to stay

I stayed in deluxe room on the 3d floor for a week. The room had relaxing design, was clean and silence. Cleaning was daily and what is more important qualitative. I had breakfast and dinner. The quality and variety of food met my expectations. But if you are a gourmet dont consider my review :)) Special Thanks to owners for hospitality and friendly atmosphere :) Monta Verde made up my vocation!

Not even worth one star

Staff is friendly and helpful Breakfast is s expected The rooms are in terrible condition Dirty and dark bathrooms Walls are full of squashed mosquitos Air Conditioning sounds like an old diesel engine Many of the rooms are situated around the pool area, where there is blasting music day and night until about 10PM, the rooms have no sound insulation at all, in fact, the bathroom has a window that is only secured by mosquito net. Hotel is located on the main highway between Fetheiye and Oludeniz, and very noisy because of the traffic Parking space is very limited Fridges don’t work Internet wifi is only available in the main lobby area and not in the rooms, so you need to stay in the lobby to get any kind of internet You are not allowed to bring outside food or drink into the hotel

Good hotel but I chosen it because was rated number 1 hotel on the beach but it wasn't. for the rest it's good and I recommends it. good pool, room and nice staff. a bit too near the road

Great Hotel

The staff were amazing, very friendly and extremely helpful! They were always smiling. Very nice atmosphere in the hotel and the food was delicious.Owners/ managers introduced themselves and were also very friendly. It was our first holiday with our 11 month old and we had a great time.

All in all this was a fantastic place to stay. Staff was all fantastic. The price was fantastic. We stayed in the back building (the 'quiet' building) and it felt like we had our own private (albeit small) villa! Our door opened right to the pool. Would definitely come and stay again next year!
