The apartment is located in the historic center, in the medieval area of Ferrara. District full of shops, bars, restaurants ... but not only! Also of history and culture. All accessible within walking distance.

Furnished with extreme taste, refinement and rustic style, its peculiarities, shared with the condominiums, are: the internal garden, where you can enjoy some moments of relaxation and the beautiful outbuilding equipped with a long wooden table, a comfortable sink and wood-burning oven.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a three-story building.
It can comfortably accommodate 5 people and a baby with a special bed.

The city tax of 1.50 euros per night per person and the security deposit of 150 euros will be collected in cash upon arrival.
The security deposit following an inspection will be returned upon check out.

It is divided into:
Kitchen. Equipped with kitchen utensils, coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and wine glasses.
Living room. A double sofa bed, a single sofa bed, television.
Bedroom. Double bed and wardrobe.

Soggiorno buono ma .....

Proviamo emozioni contrastanti per quanto riguarda la Dimora. In teoria ci ha piaciuto. Per mio marito ed io è bella e ben situada. Le persone responsibile in loco sono molto collaborative. Eravamo 4 persone. Non ha piaciuto nostri amici. (non c’è bastante luce naturale, non è arredata in modo practico.) Noi due non eravamo disturbati da queste rimostranze. Ma c’erano alcuni problemi. Nostri amici hanno avuto la camera da letto e mio marito ed io abbiamo dormito sul divano letto, che non è adeguato per adulti. Abbiamo metto il materasso sul pavimento, una soluzione non ottimale ma migliore che dormire sul divano letto. Inoltre la doccia non ha funzionata bene. Una leva per cambiare entre il rubinetto e la doccia mancava. Non abbiamo smesso di provare e dopo 2 giorni abbiamo trovato un rimedio. Abbiamo usato forbici. Raccomandarei la Dimora solamente si questi disagi fossero eliminati.

Séjour très agréable !

Belle demeure, beaucoup de charme, mais pas toujours très pratique. Accès à la salle à manger par le jardin. Très bon accueil par Rossella, merci !

très bonne location

Bibi et sa fille nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse . L'appartement est charmant et bien équipé . L'usage du jardin intérieur est appréciable . A noter toutefois qu'en cas de grosse chaleur, la chambre, qui n'est pas climatisée et qui donne sur la rue, ne peut être facilement ventilée . A noter aussi que l'aménagement de l'espace cuisine n'est pas adapté aux personnes de grande taille . Toutefois, cela reste une très bonne idée pour séjourner agréablement à Ferrara .
