This bright newly renovated spacious condo is located in the Silver Rock building. There is a 45' heated pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, and heated underground parking. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Fernie Business License # 2577

This 3 bed 2 bath condo has 2 queen beds and 1 king in the master. The master bedroom also has a work desk. Each room is equipped with its T.V. for the ultimate comfort for you, your family, or your friends. The condo is located on the 3rd floor of the building and has excellent mountain views. The patio has a BBQ for your grilling adventures and the kitchen is well stocked.

Things to note:
Guests will have use of the entire condo, the shared hot tub, the shared pool/spa area, the shared gym and all common spaces in the Silver Rock building.

I manage this condo for a lovely couple who has a dog. If you have allergies please know that a lovely dog does come into the unit a few times a year, rest assured the unit is cleaned thoroughly after each stay but depending on severity of allergies this needs to be noted.
If booking is cancelled within the cancellation period you will be refunded the booking amount, minus the payment processing fee.
