This premiere accommodation is a short 3 minute walk to the ski lifts and is conveniently SKI-IN at the end of your day on the slopes. Downtown Fernie is only a 7 minute drive away!
This private, self-contained 1 bed 1 bath unit, is perfect for 2. With a full kitchen + in-suite laundry it is great for week long stays or perhaps spend the season! Discount available for 30day+ stays.
The space
Enter via a private, outdoor entry into the mudroom with heated tile floors, perfect for drying footwear at the end of the day.
The open floor plan living space is down a short flight of stairs from the entry. This space offers you a full kitchen, cozy living area with leather sofa in front of a stone gas fireplace and a dining table, perfect for 2. Cable TV and high speed internet is provided. You'll appreciate the many windows in this space, offering loads of light and views out into the forest. This unit is very private with no onlooking neighbours (aside from the occasional furry kind lol).
The bedroom offers a queen-sized memory foam bed (new in fall 2023), closet and dresser. A 4 piece bathroom and in-suite laundry are conveniently located by the bedroom.
Off the living space is a covered and very private deck, complete with BBQ, looking out across the green space to the forest.
There is lockable outdoor storage for skis and bikes beside the front door of the unit. Please provide your own lock and storage of gear is guests' risk. (although it's good to know, this is a very safe neighbourhood!)
This unit is 1 of only 6 in this complex and is perfect for guests looking for a quiet place to retreat at the end of the day. Non partiers please. The neighbours are all very quiet too ;) Strictly no smoking, vaping or pets. Thank you.

Property is exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A very spacious one bedroom apartment. Communication with Jacqueline was prompt and easy. Enjoyed been slightly out of town in the Alphine resort as the natural surroundings were beautiful, private and very peaceful. Would be wonderful to visit again and experience the winter wonderland it must be

We stayed for 6 nights in this location. We were very happy with it compared to what we experienced last year at a different place. It was quite roomy for both of us. Lots of little extras were included which we were not accustomed to in other places. The rooms were extra clean and you could tell the owners took pride with their place. A small BBQ on the patio was perfect. Coffee pods supplied which never happens elsewhere !! When we had a couple of questions we texted the owners and got immediate responses which was great. We would recommend a stay at this location over and over

Great place to stay at Fernie Alpine. We were there off season so super quiet. The accommodations were excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and the small patio with a bbq was really nice. Short and scenic drive to town was as advertised - about 7 minutes.

Summer Getaway
We had a great experience at this VRBO property. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything we wanted to explore. We experienced a minor issue during check in but this was resolved efficiently. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to unwind!
