Newly Built. Treat you and your family to this luxurious, newly-built, 4 bedroom vacation retreat. Savour the breathtaking views of the mountains from the private deck. Amenities include gourmet kitchen, private hot tub, a family room with a table hockey game, bike washing station, A/C and so much more. A two minute drive will get you right to the lifts at Fernie Alpine Resort and take the Ski In trail for a five minute walk back.

This is a 4 bedroom side of a 6 bedroom property. On the other side is a 2 bedroom unit which may or may not be occupied during your stay. Shared driveway.

All properties are equipped with decibel monitoring software. Our neighbours would appreciate you respecting our zero tolerance policy to noise complaints and the quiet time rules being respected. Due to the new regulations at the resort, capacity cannot exceed 9 total guests. Max. 4 parking spots and no street parking allowed.
Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private hot tub, a kitchen, and a washing machine.

Great location in Fernie for skiing access!

Aside from the decibal monitoring going off and getting texts at 3:00 in the morning waking me up because people were pirating time in the hot tub the rest of the stay was great.

This house was really nice. Lots of room for everyone. The kitchen and dining area worked well for cooking with the group. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped with everything needed to cook a gourmet dinner. The hot tub was an instant hit as well. The beds were a little on the hard side and the lower bedroom had a double bed only, a queen bed would have been better. Also, adding a pull out sofa would provide more sleeping options. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Family getaway

The property was great, well equipped kitchen and lots of kid friendly dishes. Hot tub and gear drying room are top notch. Beds were comfortable, furniture is great and the views amazing in all directions. The cleaning crew could do a better job but good help is hard to find in a town like Fernie. Wouldn’t stop us from going back tho.
