This was our first time staying at the property. It was well maintained and we enjoyed how spacious the room was. The hot breakfast was an added bonus. While busy, it was well run and seating was available. The beds were very worn, felt like sleeping in a valley. We had to repeatedly ask for more towels, our room had 4 guests but we were only ever provided 3 towels. Not a huge issue but an annoyance. The housekeeping staff was very friendly which we appreciated. The reception staff was less so, quite curt and unfriendly for most interactions which was unfortunate. Overall, a good stay but some room for improvement.

Was the only hotel available. It was definitely over priced. There was a leak from an undetermined water source, and my daughters bag was soaked my some kind of mystery water. We did get points as a “appology” but still paid full price. Gym was very small, breakfast was average. We didn’t have time to try the hot tubs.

Convenient choice in Fernie

We had a nice stay at the Fernie Best Western. No major frills to this hotel, but the room is large and clean, and this is a comfortable and convenient choice in Fernie. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Everything in the room worked great. Fernie is a fun town and wish we could have stayed for more than one night!

This is the second time that we have stayed at this property and we would pick it again and again anytime we are in Fernie. The staff is so friendly and super efficient, the rooms are spacious and super clean, the breakfast is great and the pool andthe hot tubs are sparkling clean. One of our favorite hotels anywhere.
