The living space is open plan, uncluttered and versatile, it makes for great social gatherings. It includes a 50inch flatscreen TV. XBOX 360 with games is available for use as well as a selection of DVDs for all.

A fully stocked kitchen awaits to include features such as a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a variety of Nescafé pods for the coffee connoisseurs in your group. Complimentary Tea bags are also provided.
The kitchen incorporates a space saving breakfast bar and stools for dining highlighted by fashionable pendant lighting.

There is a downstairs cloakroom/utility space with a laundry shed out back for washing and drying facilities. This room also leads to an outdoor smoking area.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom with both bath and shower options. There is space to accommodate 5 people comfortably.
In an effort to settle our most sensitive guests, we have opted to create an allergen-free environment, this means there are no feathers, down or fixed carpets.

The bedrooms have been set up with ‘Cosy’ in mind and allow for you to leave your troubles behind and experience peace and happiness. Be prepared for plush blankets and cuddle worthy pillows.
The master bedroom features a king size ‘TV Bed’ with a memory foam topped mattress, perfect for Sunday morning lay-ins.
Bedroom 2 contains a comfy double bed and Smart TV, whilst bedroom 3 contains a snug single bed.
All the bedrooms are equipped with fitted wardrobes, ample storage, mood lamps for reading as well as ambiance, and day night zebra blinds for privacy.
For extra guests, we provide a comfortable z bed/futon setup including all necessary bedding and linens for a restful night's sleep. Additional fee required.
