As a start they forgot to pick us up from the airport. We waited there 30 minutes, meanwhile no one was answering our messages on WhatsApp even though I’ve had communication with them before and provided all the info they needed. We took a taxi and didn’t even receive an apology at the check in. The most overpriced hotel I’ve seen. The pool from the picture doesn’t even get close to reality and how small it is. 0 privacy in the rooms, all terraces are next to each other. Food was absolutely horrible at dinner, we were so afraid to repeat and we never had breakfast there even though it was included, so have no idea what the breakfast looked like. They were looking for buggy for us for 2 days and couldn’t find. Gave us a car for 100$ a day and we found a buggy immediately and rented one. Pool was dirty with bad service. Absolutely no internet other than the lobby. They gave us usernames and passwords that appeared as incorrect and told them this over a hundred times. On the 4th day they gave us another one that was working but with NO internet. No idea why they say they provide this, when they don’t. The toilet was broken, we had to use the pool restrooms the first day and no one came to fix it, after waking up the second day still no working toilet, they said they will send somebody, that happened at night on the second day!!! This place may work for 80$ a night or something but not for the ridiculous prices that they charge!!! Definitely will not recommend to anyone I know!!!

Lugar é incrível, os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos, desde a recepção a piscina. Vale falar alguns nomes: Flavio (café da manhã), Jonathan e Jaqueline recepção e abdiel. Aproveitamos um churrasco maravilhoso no domingo oferecido para os hóspedes, tivemos dias incríveis lá. Única coisa que poderia melhorar é o serviço de Wi-Fi pois era muito intermitente, podem tentar Starlink ou algo do tipo

Local lindo e confortável

A Pousada Zé Maria é um ícone de Noronha. O serviço é impecável tanto no restaurante quanto na recepção. Flexível, favorecem as necessidades dos hóspedes. O quarto é perfeitamente confortável. Apesar de a porta que dá para a varanda não ter chave (bangalô 15) e a pia do banheiro estar um pouco obstruída, o chuveiro é maravilhoso, a cama imensa, travesseiros de qualidade, climatização perfeita e black-out absoluto na porta da varanda. O restaurante é excelente. Além disso, há uma grande gentileza no fornecimento de um vasto lanche, no final da tarde, gratuitamente. Aos domingos, Zé Maria também oferece aos hóspedes um variado e saboroso churrasco, à beira da piscina, como cortesia. A vista da piscina é um espetáculo à parte. Enfim, o único ponto negativo é manutenção da área comum. A jardinagem é precária, a limpeza poderia ser melhor. Com algum cuidado e investimento a mais, o ambiente, que já é privilegiado, poderia ficar no nível das melhores pousadas de Noronha.

Boa opção em Noronha

Atendimento impecável da equipe da recepção e do café da manhã. Destaque para o funcionário Paulo. Nunca vi um funcionário tão cordial e simpático como ele. Café da manhã muito bom, com produtos de qualidade. O espaço do quarto, na categoria que hospedei, deixou muito a desejar. Não tem nem como abrir a mala. Só se colocar sobre a cama. Se você tem fobia de sapos, não recomendo a pousada. A noite eles dominam o local. As longas escadas até chegar aos quartos que ficam no final da pousada são repletas de sapos. Localização é boa. Dá para ir andando até a Vila dos Remédios. Cerca de 15 minutos de descida. A volta é uma longa subida, que talvez seja melhor o onibus da ilha ou um taxi.
