Are arrival to Hamares was great. Everyone was very open and friendly. The property was beautiful and well cared for, and our room was beyond expectations. It was my wife’s birthday and our anniversary, they prepared a cake for her with flowers on the bed. We felt very special!

This hotel takes only a few guests so is nice and quite. A good location close to town. When we stayed it was only 2 years old so everything still new. Amazing views from the pool but what made the real difference were the staff. Always friendly and helpful. Especially Pedro. He made my stay the best

Apesar de ser vendido como um dos hotéis mais chiques e modernos de Fernando de Noronha, o Hamares deixa muito a desejar. O hotel só se salva pela piscina com vista para o Morro do Pico. O restante da experiência não condiz com o preço nem com a proposta premium. Ficamos 4 noites no Hamares e outras 3 noites em uma pousada bem mais simples, na mesma rua, custando metade do valor. O serviço foi incomparável, e o Hamares perdeu de longe. O atendimento é ruim: respostas lentas, comunicação truncada e zero flexibilidade. Foi oferecido um possível upgrade por ser aniversário de casamento, disseram que iriam verificar e nunca deram retorno. Durante a estadia, fiz reclamação por WhatsApp e não obtive qualquer resposta. O transfer é inflexível e quer deixar o hóspede no aeroporto mais de 2h antes do voo, mesmo sendo um aeroporto minúsculo e a 5 minutos do hotel. O café da manhã é fraco, mal abastecido e com serviço despreparado. Em dias de mergulho, mesmo chegando pontualmente às 7h, o buffet ainda estava sendo montado e faltavam itens. Em outros dias, pouca variedade e faltas recorrentes (sem tomate, sem açaí, sucos sem gelo). Além disso, não há galão de água para reabastecimento das garrafas reutilizáveis (super comuns na ilha), não houve reposição de amenities e o banheiro tinha cheiro forte de ralo. Experiência frustrante e incompatível com o valor cobrado. Busque outra pousada e seja mais feliz.

O hotel é muito lindo, com uma vista incrível. Entretanto apresentou algumas falhas durante nossa estadia como falta de água em vários momentos, falta de atendimento qdo precisamos, café da manhã com pouca variedade, poucos funcionários, dentre algumas outras coisas. Deixou bastante a desejar pelo alto preço pago na diária.

O hotel é incrível, a arquitetura maravilhosa, o quarto super confortável e espaçoso, tudo estava extremamente limpo. Tem uma vista maravilhosa do pôr do sol. No final do dia passavam no quarto pra deixar um docinho, achei demais. O ponto fraco é o café da manhã, embora tenha um cardápio variado, o serviço deixou muito a desejar, atendimento demorado e falta de capricho, pedi um ovo pochê, ele veio totalmente cru e com casca…dos três dias que tomamos café, o mais razoável foi o primeiro, os demais foram péssimos. Fica um pouco distante do centrinho, mas isso não foi um problema.

A estrutura é maravilhosa, esteticamente o hotel é lindo, bem decorado e com uma vista surreal. MAS o atendimento pecou em alguns momentos considerando se tratar de um hotel boutique, teve um dos dias que demoramos 1:20h para conseguir comer no café da manhã, só fomos atendidos pq abordamos o garçom na copa, nesse dia inclusive perdemos um passeio agendado pois não quisemos ir sem comer. Além disso houveram outras falhas de serviço, como atraso pra ligar aquecedor da piscina interna do quarto, tivemos que ligar 2x, entre outros que fica difícil especificar aqui. A estrutura piscina e vista, incríveis, mas o atendimento de boutique que é pra ser exclusivo e intimista, não foi assim.. ta certo que tinha um grupo grande hospedado que gerava agitação, mas o hotel quando é boutique e 5 estrelas tem que saber conduzir para que isso não estrague a experiência dos outros hospedes.

Tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa na pousada! O atendimento foi impecável, todos muito atenciosos e prestativos. Os quartos são confortáveis, limpos e bem decorados, e o café da manhã é simplesmente delicioso. A cordialidade dos atendentes foi o que mais impressionou. A localização também é excelente, perto de tudo e com uma vista linda. Com certeza voltaremos e recomendamos de olhos fechados!
