Perfect Accommodation for Evo Island

Essa é a minha terceira vez hospedado nesta pousada. Infelizmente, desta vez a experiência foi prejudicada por um casal no quarto 1, que brigou intensamente durante duas madrugadas, perturbando o descanso dos demais hóspedes. Acredito que a gerência poderia ter tomado providências já no primeiro dia. Além disso, senti que a pousada deixou a desejar na limpeza das áreas externas, como o jardim e o chuveiro. O café da manhã também estava abaixo do padrão que experimentei em visitas anteriores. É importante que a pousada preste mais atenção a esses pequenos detalhes para manter a qualidade. Por outro lado, o atendimento da Ana foi excelente e merece destaque.

Cafe da manha simoles, mas bom! O quarto que estávamos nao tinha água quente e tive que reclamar diversas vezes, no segundo dia trocaram de quarto para um que tem chuveiro elétrico. A pousada fica uns 10 min de caminhada do centrinho da Vila dos remédios e uns 15/20 das praias do cachorro e meio.

Vale a pena - Atendimento e Localização Excelentes

A pousada em si é bem gostosa e os funcionários muito atenciosos. A Dona Bete que cuida do café da manhã é muito atenciosa e prepara tudo com muito carinho, deixando a refeição ainda melhor. No entanto, a nossa experiência não foi excelente devido a fatores relacionados a estrutura do quarto (ar condicionado com problema e ducha vazando água). Durante toda estadia o pessoal da pousada e administração deu todo suporte (até nos mudaram de pousada devido ao problema do ar) mas a infraestrutura deixou a desejar. Acredito que pelo preço pago poderiam evoluir.

A pousada tem vários problemas.. Os lençóis da cama não eram trocados, a recepção era pra eatar aberta a partir da 8h, mas tinha dia que chegavam às 9h e frequentemente não tinha ninguém lá. Achamos o serviço da pousada bem amador, além de não ter uma pessoa fixa lá na recepção, a mesma pessoa fazia tudo! O pior de tudo pra mim era o racionamento de comida, isso mesmo, o problema não era nem o café da manhã já estar na mesa, mas sim vc pedir um pão de queijo a mais e falarem que não tem pq é contado, péssimo!
