Le Cerisier: Relaxation with a Sea View and a Pool

The "Il Ciliegio" apartment is located in the village of Casalcristiana, about 2 km from the sea and 800 meters from the medieval village of Torre di Palme, nestled among the olive groves of the Marche countryside.
The apartment is on the first floor of a beautiful 19th-century brick farmhouse.
As soon as you enter, you’ll find a very spacious area with a kitchen, dining area, and living room furnished with sofas and armchairs.
There is one double bedroom, one bathroom, and one twin bedroom with two single beds and its own bathroom.
The third bedroom overlooks the twin bedroom from a panoramic attic.
The village consists of a large 19th-century farmhouse, divided into several apartments, and other smaller buildings housing additional residential units; the complex features a large communal park and ample parking both outdoors and indoors.
Rounding out the residential complex is a stunning swimming pool with a sea view and an adjoining sun deck, equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as a large playground for children.
The properties are located specifically within the main farmhouse
. Due to their location within the village, the homes also feature a large communal garden and an uncovered parking space.
. In addition to offering breathtaking views, the apartments feature high-quality finishes.
Thanks to its location atop a hill, the village allows the apartments to enjoy panoramic views of both the sea and the surrounding Marche countryside from every part of the home,
, making it the perfect choice for those who want to enjoy the sea while remaining in the tranquility of the Marche countryside.
In addition, we offer our guests special discounts at local beach clubs and restaurants.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and an ironing board.

entspannter Urlaub
