Enjoy all the best of Fenwick Island at our “O’Hasis”. 3BR 3.5BA well appointed townhome located 1/2 block from the beach in the middle of all the action. Community pool in the backyard (in season) and steps from many restaurants and shops. MBR with king bed and slider to deck. Back bed room with two twin beds. 2nd floor living has kitchen, dining, family area, fireplace and another deck to enjoy. Enjoy coffee or dinner at the table and chairs overlooking Fenwick Lighthouse there. Second MBR with king and full bath on first floor with slider to patio overlooking pool. Renovation finished in winter of 2017 - all new floors and paint throughout, new kitchen cabinets, bathrooms, appliances, furniture, mattresses, fixtures. 3 new 55" TV's, beverage center great for entertainment. Grab the beach chairs we provide for a day on the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and wrap up a great day with a swim in the pool. You can ride your bike to the Discoversea Shipwreck Museum, Fenwick Island State Park, the Fenwick Light House, Viking Golf and Go Carts, Nicks Mini Golf, Summer Water Park and Slides, Fenwick Shops and stores across the street. Quick drive to the OC and Bethany Boardwalks, Freeman Stage, various golf courses, kayak rentals, and other attractions. Restaurants within walking distance include Nantuckets, Matt’s Fish Camp, Matteo‘s, Jimmy’s crabs, Harvest, Fenwick crab House, House of sauce, Ponzetti’s Pizza, Nick‘s ribs, Kohr Bros Ice Cream, Fishers Popcorn, High Stakes bar and Grill, Harpoon Hannah‘s, Papa Grandes, Catch 54 and many others…so many fun things to see, do and taste. Excellent location!

The place was very clean and decorated beautifully. We were thrilled with the short walk to the beach, and the pool was great too! Great Fenwick Island Rental

We had a wonderful week at the beach. The location was great. It was a block from the beach, close to many restaurants and walkable to the local candy and ice cream shop for the kids. Liz and Jim were wonderful to communicate with before and during our stay. Their home was comfortable with everything you would need for a great stay at the beach. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic Property

We had an amazing stay here! The house was perfect for our family of five, offering plenty of space and comfort. Everything was thoughtfully provided, from a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs and a wagon, making our stay effortless and enjoyable. The house was updated, with furnishings and decor that created a beautiful and inviting atmosphere. The owners were incredibly responsive and communicative throughout our stay, addressing all our requests promptly. The personalized welcome gift was a delightful touch that made us feel very special. The location was ideal, with the beach and local shops and restaurants just a short walk away. We hardly needed to use our car at all. We were in town for the 4th of July and got to see Northside Park and beach fireworks from the upstairs bedroom balcony! This is one of the very best places we've stayed in the OC/Fenwick area, and we can't wait to come back!

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time in this rental! Clean and very well organized, with the best stocked kitchen of any rental I've stayed in. We cooked and ate in most nights and had no trouble finding the necessary utensils/cookware. Located within walking distance of mini golf, shops, ice cream shops, etc and close to the beach but inside the house it's nice and quiet. The hosts also went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed, I think they really care if their guests have a good time.

This is home away from home. Everything is so well decorated and very inviting. Everything is spotless and very well equipped with every need you may have. Much Needed Vacation

Had a wonderful week in Fenwick and we did not want to leave! This property basically has everything you need. Loved sitting on the balcony to eat lunch/dinner and in the evenings (except when it rained two evenings). The pool was very nice too (the kids loved it), but we wished it would have stayed open later than 6 pm. Jim and Liz were very prompt with responding to our questions prior to arrival. Thanks for a great week and hope to return again, Tammy and John (and family)

Best Rental in Fenwick!

We routinely stay in Fenwick due to the smaller crowds and family-friendly atmosphere. We particularly like Admirals Bridge due to its proximity to the beach and the pool access. This unit was by far the best we have ever had in Fenwick! The property is beautifully renovated and the owners have thought of everything (really). All of the thoughtful details really make a difference —from the complimentary soap and baggies to the usable laundry baskets. We even found chip clips! The owners were such a delight to communicate with and were very responsive. We had an amazing visit despite some pretty terrible weather and will certainly return next summer.

lovely home close to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The photos give a good sense of the house, and everything was in good working order and clean. Things were easy to find in the kitchen. The pool was nice, and the beach is a block away and lovely. The deck off the living room was very pleasant for meals. We enjoyed the Netflix subscription. There are filters for the coffee maker, but bring your own coffee. When we were there, the kitchen had a good assortment of spices and had olive oil and vegetable oil.

The Ohassis’ strike again

Another wonderful stay. This is our third year enjoying this condo at Admiral’s Bridge in Fenwick. It feels like home because the owners maintain it that way. Everything is in good working order, the decor remains beachy and elegant. The level of cleanliness is outstanding. The owners are extremely responsive if you have questions. This time we actually had guests visit us while we were there and it provided an opportunity to use all of the lovely things that the owners keep around to make entertaining easy. Your home at the beach

Super clean and comfortable home to relax at Fenwick. The owners are wonderful and have thought of literally everything you will need, from kitchen supplies (even Henckel knives) to beach stuff, everything you can imagine you would want you have right there. Plus the furnishings and general feel of everything give it a second home feel very quickly. Morning beach walks to see the dolphins, coffee on the deck, beach fun during the day, dinner in or out, then movies at night. We even drove the short way down to Assateague Island to see the horses right on the beach - amazing. Perfect vacation!
