Out on the spacious patio, you will find alfresco dining options along with a propane grill perfect for meals with nature as your backdrop. At the edge of the patio is the private hot tub with gazebo shelter, available year-round for you to soak your worries away. This is a wonderful place to relax from warm summer evenings as the fireflies float by to those cold Pure Michigan winter nights as the snowflakes float down.

Just off the patio awaits the expansive yard, where a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs invites you to gather under the stars for s’more and stories with your loved ones. Continuing into the yard, you’ll find a pond at the tree line and space for quiet reflection or playful moments.

If you prefer to stay closer to the home, the screen porch is the ideal place for you. Kick back in the wicker lounge furniture as you let the breeze take your worries away.

A standout feature of this property is the garage-turned-game room. It includes a lounge area with Smart TV, pop-a-shot basketball, a pool table, Foosball, and more. In the summer, open the garage door to let in the fresh air, while in the winter it becomes a cozy space to watch games and enjoy indoor activities. There are no window coverings in the living room where additional sleeping is provided via sofa sleeper.
This home receives water via a well. The water is filtered and softened, but will still be very different tasting and smelling than city water. If you have never experienced well water, we recommend bringing bottled water to drink. We caution you about washing white laundry here as the well water can sometimes leave an orange tinge.
This home is on a septic system. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
This home is tucked in the woods along the lake. It is common to see animals, mice, bats, and other vermin. The property is serviced monthly by a professional pest company, but sometimes vermin do sneak in. Please let us know right away if you see evidence of anything inside and we will send out pest control. No rate adjustments can be made for vermin in or around the house. Make sure to keep the doors closed at all times or the wildlife may let themselves in.
