The fully remodeled kitchen provides a bright and welcoming space to gather, whether for a formal meal in the dining room, a quick bite at the snack bar, or a peaceful breakfast on the screened porch overlooking the lake. The soaring ceilings in the living room frame a breathtaking wall of windows, seamlessly blending the warmth of the indoors with the beauty of nature just outside. The main level also features a beautifully designed primary ensuite with a king bed and a walk-in shower, making it ideal for those who prefer to avoid stairs.
Upstairs, four more bedrooms and two additional bathrooms provide comfortable accommodations for your group. A second primary ensuite boasts a king bed, a private balcony with sweeping lake views, and a full bathroom with a shower. Another queen ensuite offers its own private bath with a tub-shower combination, while a third queen bedroom features its own balcony overlooking Lake Michigan. The fourth bedroom is a bunk room, perfectly suited for kids or extra guests, with twin beds, a bunk bed, and a daybed with a trundle. A newly updated bathroom with an oversized double vanity and a separate walk-in shower ensures that everyone has space to get ready.
Outside, the expansive yard invites you to play, picnic, or simply relax with your loved ones. The bluffside deck is the perfect spot to take in the golden hues of a Lake Michigan sunset, and the fire pit awaits for cozy evenings under the stars, complete with s’mores and storytelling.
New in 2024, private beach stairs lead you down to the sugar-soft sand, where days can be spent basking in the sun, splashing in the waves, or searching for the perfect skipping stone.

Please Note:
This home is on a septic system. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Flushing other items, such as feminine products, will result in a sewage backup into the showers. Please only flush toilet paper.
This home receives water via a well. Due to the high mineral content in our area, this water smells and tastes different than city water. Those who are accustomed to city water may wish to bring bottled water for drinking.
Please take care when in the yard near the bluff and keep an eye on children and pets. Due to erosion, the bluff is very steep.
This home is nestled in a beautiful natural setting where wildlife and insects are part of the charm. Routine pest control services are in place to ensure the comfort of our guests, but on occasion, a curious critter may make its way inside, especially if doors are left open. If you notice any evidence of pests indoors, please notify our office promptly so we can address the situation.
The third-story loft is not included in the rental of this home. For the safety of you and your guests, the plywood stop must remain on the loft ladder at all times. If this space is used, you are doing so at your own risk and an additional fee will be charged.
