Lovely flat with garden
The flat is located on the ground floor of the Bed&Book Casa Novecento in Feltre; in a building that has recently been completely renovated with a view to environmental sustainability; underfloor heating and summer cooling are obtained by geothermal energy and heat pump, photovoltaic panels, recovery of rainwater for irrigation use, pushed waste sorting, and daily commitment to saving water and energy are just some of the peculiarities that have led to obtaining the Ecolabel EU environmental certification for the reduced environmental impact of the service offered.
The flat consists of a bedroom for two people, with a small terrace overlooking Feltre Castle and the mountains, bathroom with shower, living/dining area with sofa bed for one person. Free wifi. Free private parking outside. The area is very convenient for reaching all the main destinations in the city: historic centre, university campus, ice rink, hospital and is well served by public transport. Less than 100 metres away is the Prix supermarket and a five-minute walk will take you to the largest supermarket, food and non-food, in Feltre; neighbourhood shops are also just a few minutes away.
