The apartment is located on the second floor of the Casa Novecento Bed & Book in Feltre; in a building that has just been completely renovated with a view to environmental sustainability; the underfloor heating and summer cooling are obtained with geothermal and heat pump, photovoltaic panels, rainwater recovery for irrigation, separate waste collection, daily efforts to save water and energy are just some of the peculiarities that have led to the achievement of the European Ecolabel EU environmental certification for the reduced environmental impact of the service offered. The apartment, on the attic floor with wooden beams and local larch floor, consists of a bedroom for two people, with a terrace overlooking the castle of Feltre, bathroom with shower, living / dining area with sofa bed for two people. Free Wifi. Outside free private parking. The area is convenient to reach all the main destinations of the city: historic center, university campus, ice stadium, hospital and is well served by public transport. A five minute walk is the largest supermarket, food and no food, in Feltre but also the neighborhood shops are just minutes from us.

Die Ferienwohnung ist geschmackvoll und schön bis ins kleinste Detail eingerichtet. Das Haus hat einen schönen gepflegten Garten. Nur 10 Minuten bis in die historische Altstadt.
