I skovens dybe stille ro

Hvis man ønsker et autentisk ophold på et jagtslot i skovens dybe stille ro, langt fra byens larm, så er Jagdschloss Waldsee perfekt. Utroligt charmerende, autentisk, pæne værelser, udmærkede senge, gode parkeringsforhold, righoldig morgenbuffet og et udmærket spisekort i restauranten. Høfligt, venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Eneste minus er at man er så langt ude i skoven, at der ikke er nogen særlig internetdækning, og hotellets wifi er heller ikke imponerende. Lidt slidte gulvtæpper her og der, Men samlet set et udmærket ophold på et sted, vi gerne vender tilbage til. God sammenhæng mellem pris og kvalitet.

Das Hotel ist in einer abgeschiedenen absolu ruhigen Lage, weit vom naechsten Ort entfernt - wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben. Die Mitteilung, dass das Restaurant geschlossen ist kam erst nach unserer nicht kostenfrei stornierbaren Buchung. Wie wir vor Ort erfahren haben, ist es bereits seit mehr als zwei Monaten geschlossen! Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage am See, gutes Frühstück - hier auch gutes Personal, Service im Restaurant war leider nicht gut, wir mussten trotz Reservierung mit Kindern über eine Stunde aufs Essen warten, dann kam nur ein Teil der Essen. Erst nach nochmal einer halben Stunde kamen kleckerweise die restlichen Essen.Trotz Reklamation, kam nur eine mündliche Entschuldigung. Es gab nicht mal Brot und Butter zur Überbrückung der Wartezeit. Ll

Die Ruhe und die Natur ist einmalig. Sehr schön. Was nicht so schön war, dass die Rezeption nur zu üblichen Bürozeiten geöffnet war. Und sonst wusste niemand Bescheid. Personell chronisch unterbesetzt. Sehr schade für so ein schönes Anwesen.

hotels.com wirbt bei der Suite mit einem Foto der Rosensuite. Bekommen haben wir dann das Herrenzimmer. Aus unserer Sicht (und Wiederkehrer) ganz klar Irreführung durch hotels.com. Ist nicht das erste Mal, dass das bei Hotels.com passiert.

Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht und ein Zimmer bekommen. Die gebuchte Suite war leider an dem Morgen noch vergeben worden, obwohl wir vor 3 Wochen gebucht hatten und die Suite dann auf der Hotelwebsite auch als gebucht erschien. Trotzdem soll es sich um einen Systemfehler gehandelt haben und sie wurde erneut von jemand anderes am Morgen unserer Anreise gebucht. Wenn man sich auf eine Suite mit Kamin, Sitzecke und Badewanne freut, ist die Enttäuschung groß, wenn es auf einmal ein kleines, wenn auch nett eingerichtetes Zimmer, mit lediglich einem Stuhl und Dusche erhält. Nach einer Stunde am Handy im Regen (im Schloss gibt es keinen Empfang) mit Expedia bot uns dann das Hotel als Ausgleich ein Dinner an. Wir sind darauf eingegangen, weil wir nicht 200km zurückfahren wollten und das Angebot war tatsächlich ja auch sehr freundlich und großzügig. Zum Dinner gab es aber nur die Auswahl Rind oder Fisch, ich habe leider den Fisch genommen und der war schon zu lange eingefroren gewesen (bitter, trocken, fischig) und als Dessert gab es Pfirsichtörtchen aus Büchsenpfirsichen. Wir haben ca. 60 € gespart, aber ich hätte lieber auf der Couch in der Suite vor dem Kamin als auf dem Bett vor dem Fernseher gesessen nach einem Dinner von Wild und Kaninchen und dafür lieber voll bezahlt. So war es statt eines romantischen Wochenendes eine lauwarme Enttäuschung.

sehr ruhiges und direkt am See gelegenes Hotel

super Frühstück , sehr freundliches Personal und hier kann man sich wirklich gut erholen. Nicht so Lobenswert sind die Straßen zum Hotel. Man wird extrem durchgeschüttelt und schneller als 30 Km/h ist mit einem normalen Auto nicht zu empfehlen. Hier kann aber das Hotel nichts dafür.

I skovens dybe stille ro

Fantastisk beliggenhed - midt i naturen. Hvis man søger efter ro og natur - så er dette det rette sted. Vær dog opmærksom på at hotellet ligger i skoven og vejen dertil er temmelig rustik - læs hullet og delvis brostensbelagt. Servicen er helt i top og maden er skøn. Der er naturligvis vildt på menuen.

Erholung pur

Ein Hotel mitten im Wald am See - Erholung pur! Wir hatten ein schönes, sauberes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Waldsee. Das Wasser war so klar, dass es einfach zum Baden einlud. Ein kleines Problem mit unserem Duschkopf wurde vom Hausmeister sofort behoben. Dazu super Essen und sehr, sehr nettes Personal. Es war ein Traumurlaub.
