Villa Son Bennasar with impressive views and infinity pool

Villa Son Bennasar was formerly a spectacular mill that has been carefully restored and converted into a beautiful house with 3 double bedrooms where Mallorcan stone takes centre stage. Both inside and outside the house, the original structure of the mill, which was formerly used to grind cereals, has been preserved.



The villa is mainly surrounded by vineyards; from its swimming pool, you can enjoy magnificent views of the Sant Salvador mountain and the Santueri castle.



This villa offers its visitors three bedrooms: two of them with two single beds and a third bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The two bathrooms are fully equipped and both have a bathtub.



The house features a bright and spacious living room with an adjacent dining room, both fully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, freezer and fridge, etc.



Among other amenities, the house offers satellite TV, Wi-Fi connection, fans in all bedrooms and in the living room, washing machine, dishwasher and heating.



The exterior area has a large terrace with a dining table and a rest area with an awning perfect for relaxing, having a drink and enjoying clear views of the private vineyard. In addition, it has a portable barbecue. They are going to enjoy an "infinity pool" (landscape pool) of 11m x 3.40m with sun loungers and umbrellas ideal for sunbathing or enjoying fresh air and the views.



Villa Son Bennasar is located just at the foot of the Sant Salvador mountain and Santueri castle; between Felanitx and Ca's Concos, just 3 km from Felanitx, where you can find all the services you may need such as supermarkets, shops, etc. In Felanitx, its Sunday market is also notable, one of the largest on the island.



Just 10 km away are one of the most beautiful and characteristic ports of Mallorca and its beaches, Porto Colom; and one of the most lively tourist areas, Cala d'Or, with its restaurants and shops.



From the farm, you can quickly access many of the beaches in the south of the island such as Cala Sa Nau or Es Trenc. For golf lovers, the Vall d'Or golf course is located just 8 km away.
