Detached house in Mallorcan style located 3 km from Felanitx. With pool, large sun terrace with garden furniture and covered barbecue.
Located in a quiet environment, surrounded by countryside, pine forest, almond trees, algorronos and dunes.
Maximum occupancy, six adults and one small child.
With wifi and satellite channel.
It is an idyllic place to enjoy your days of relaxation, hiking, jogging, cycling, motorcycle excursions in the beautiful surroundings.

Three kilometers from the house is the town of Felanitx. Here you will find all kinds of shops, supermarkets, pharmacies and places of interest to visit.
On Sunday mornings there is a market from 9 am to 13:30 pm.
The property is very close to the coast only twenty minutes drive. Places like Porto Colom, Cala d'Or, Porto Petro or Cala Santanyí are coastal areas that I recommend visiting with very beautiful beaches.

The center or Pla de Mallorca, is not far to visit towns such as Porreres, Petra, Sineu, Sencelles, Santa Margarita for its beauty and its history.

The house has two different levels of terraces in the front and another terrace behind the main facade.
The pool is in a large sun terrace accessed by going down some steps from the front facade, safely to close the access to children through a barrier. There are hammocks, a pergola and outdoor shower on this terrace.
The barbecue is fully covered to shelter from the cold and heat on the same level of the house. There is an adjustable grill, ideal for grilling at different levels, sink, casement windows, furniture with chairs, tables, benches and spotlights to be used at night.

Next to the main facade there is a garage covered with stakes, to hang your clothes if you come to play sports, leave your bike, your motorcycle or your car as appropriate.

The Villa is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV with Sat connection, safe and double glazing in all door and window enclosures.
Upon entering there is a living room with a relaxation area; two sofas, armchairs next to the fireplace and a small library with novels in different languages.
The living room is open to the dining room; with a large table, chairs and a cupboard with all the utensils of household goods.
There is a baby chair in case you need it.

The house has 3 double bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.
Two bedrooms are double with double bed, fitted wardrobes and en suite bathroom. The two large bathrooms have a sink, mirror, bidet, toilet, shower or bathtub. There is a hair dryer.
The third bedroom has 2 single beds, ceiling fan, built-in wardrobe.
We have 1 baby cot and sheets.
There are ceiling fans and mosquito nets in all rooms.
Another bathroom with shower, sink, mirror and wc is next to the dining room.
Towels and sheets are provided. Also quilts or quilts according to season.

The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, electric oven, extractor, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric and traditional coffee makers, toaster and kettle.
In the kitchen there are always spices, salt, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee and a bottle of water in the fridge.
Sink equipped with washing machine, iron, ironing board, two laundry and threads to hang clothes inside.

The views from the terraces of the house are incredible. You can relax and unwind, because peace and tranquility can be felt in the farm in a country setting, surrounded by beautiful wooded areas and forests with cultivated land and sheep grazing in the surroundings of the farm.

The house is 3 kilometers from Felanitx, the nearest town. I recommend you visit the church of Santa Margarita with its beautiful staircases, the Calvary on the top of a hill from where you can see the whole town and walk the beautiful streets of the town center and the square with the Municipal Market.
Every Sunday morning there is an open-air market that runs through several central streets of the town. It starts at 9:00 am and ends at noon.
In the town there are several pharmacies, shops, shops of all kinds, supermarkets, bars, three gas stations and some restaurants.
Between Felanitx and on the way to the country house, there is a Lidl supermarket open from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

In just 20 minutes from the country house you can visit the fishing village of Porto Colom, with its beautiful 4 beaches. The villages of S'Horta, Santanyi and the Golf Vall d'Or with 18 holes or the Sanctuary of Sant Salvador between Felanitx and Porto Colom are other places of interest that I recommend to visit.

The beautiful Cuevas del Drach and the Aquarium are in Porto Cristo, half an hour away by car. It suits you to go early so as not to make a lot of line.
Surely you will feel very comfortable in this house, since you breathe a lot of tranquility and the environment is incredible.

Children under 25 are not allowed.
Neither can more guests be accommodated than those communicated at the time of booking.
Dogs or pets are not allowed.
This house is rented with a seasonal contract and tourist services of any kind are not offered.

Check-In: Starting at 2:30 pm.
Check-Out: At 10.00 am or before.

In the Balearic Islands since July 1, 2016, a Tourist Tax or Ecotasa is charged to all tourists who visit the islands and to people who stay in any type of tourist accommodation.
€ 2 person and day are paid.
Children under 16 do not pay.
