The spacious, modern and typical Mallorcan chalet is located in the south of Mallorca, on the edge of the village of Porto Colom - in a residential area on the Sa Punta Peninsula.
The beach is from the house to reach about 300 meters very well on foot. The cliff on the other side at the same distance offers the possibility of extensive coastal walks with unique views. The beach with a Caribbean flair and the 50m lying "Blue Bar" (partially closed during the winter season) offer traditional Mallorcan cuisine and snacks and a wide range of drinks in the immediate vicinity.
The old town of Porto Colom with their original Majorcan atmosphere and more restaurants is only 2 minutes away by car. The harborside Porto Colom with all the necessary shops and shops are within a 5 minute drive.
The architect's house is on 2 floors with spacious, orbiting a sun terrace, from where you have a fantastic view of the sea, the port of Porto Colom and the mountain offers. The individual private pool in the garden is optionally be equipped for families with children with a parental control. The outdoor pool is a porch to relax in the shade and a separate sun loungers terrace to relax. A weaver and a stone barbecue are for homemade culinary delights available.
The house consists of a total of 3 levels and has a total floor space on the upper 2 residential floors of about 350 sqm.
It is very suitable for up to 10 adults. Air conditioning and mosquito nets are standard. Because of its location on the peninsula of the cool breeze blowing in the hot summer months by the villa. Modern amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 satellite flat screen TV's, DVD player and wireless internet. In addition, 2 bicycles, golf equipment and a canoe at leisure.
Final cleaning, utilities and use of bed linen and towels are included.

Fantastischer Aufenthalt
Die Villa ist in Natura noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern! Es kam vor, dass wir uns gegenseitig suchen mussten auf den vielen schönen Sitzplätze 😄 die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Nähe zum Strand und der gemütlichen Strandbar haben wir sehr genossen.

Wir haben uns so wohlgefühlt in der Location. Das Haus und die Gartenanlage sind ein Traum. Sehr Modern und Stilvoll. Der Pool ist riesig. Wir wollten garnichtmehr weg.
Es war eine unkomplizierte Über/Abgabe.
Portocolom ist auch ein schöner Ort und eignet sich perfekt für viele Ausflüge.

Tolles Haus in perfekter Lage
Das Haus ist ein Schmuckstück in toller Lage. Es hat alles, was man braucht. Ein Grundstock an Gewürzen ist vorhanden. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Der Pool ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern.

großes, schönes Haus in toller Umgebung
Haus in gutem Zustand und schöner Ausstattung. Es gibt leider nur 2 Klimaanlagen im Haus, was bei der Größe (250 qm) über 2 Etagen und über 30 Grad Außentemperatur etwas knapp ist

Schönes Haus mit Top Lage
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche in dem Haus, es hat alles gepasst. Das Haus ist super gelegen, in einer ruhigen Gegend aber zu Fuß konnte man den Strand in 5min erreichen. Es gab 2 tolle Restaurants am Strand. Das Haus war in gutem Zustand, großzügige Wohn-Räume, die 2 Schlafzimmer eher klein, aber das war ok. Im Masterbedroom gab es eine extra Klimaanlage, ein Fliegengitter im Gangfenster wäre ideal gewesen. Fliegengitter in den unteren 2 Schlafzimmern war vorhanden. Das Pool war top und das Highlight für Kinder! Alles in allem war es ein super Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolles, sehr gepflegte Villa! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Villa jederzeit wieder Mieten. Wir haben schon viel auf Mallorca gesehen und erlebt. Das war mit Abstand das beste Objekt , dass wir bisher auf Mallorca gefunden haben. Sehr empfehlenswert!
