Traditional Mallorcan country house new build modern and functional his indoor with private swimming pool.
The house is distributed on one floor and with easy access around it.
Inside the house has a cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen and open to the living room with access to the terrace-porch facing the pool and a front terrace. Equipped with air conditioning cold - heat in the living room (included in the price certain hours a day)
Two double bedrooms, one with double bed of 150 x 1.90 and the other with two single beds 90 x 1.90.
Both share a bathroom with great shower.
On the outside has a nice porch overlooking the pool, garden with lawn and barbecue area.
Just a few minutes drive away is the town of 'Felanitx' where to find restaurants, supermarkets, weekly market and everything you need. At the same distance but in the opposite direction is also the village of 'Porreres' and uniqueness for being traditionally agricultural town.
Sa tanca Grand is located to the south of Mallorca, so between 15 and 30 minutes driving found the beaches of Porto Colom, Cala Llombards, Cala Santanyi, Cala Figuera,' The Mondragó Natural Park 'with its beaches and coves, also natural beaches of Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Rapita, Ses Salines...

Wunderschöne Finca
Wunderschöne und sehr saubere Finca inmitten von Orangen- und Zitronenplantagen. Sowohl für zwei, als auch für vier Personen sehr gut geeignet. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter lief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen!!!!

Maison au top
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est bien située, à 30 min en voiture, des plages du sud et de l’est. Elle est au calme, pas d’habitant autour, maison propre. Il y avait à disposition lave linges ce qui est très pratique pour partir léger. Les propriétaires sont très gentils. L’agence était très réactive.
