The spacious private outdoor area will impress you with a big open and covered terrace, where you can have breakfast, relax and enjoy the evenings with delicious barbecued dinners and a glass of wine. The pool invites you to take refreshing swims, after which you can bask in the deck chairs while looking upon the surrounding mountains or unwind in the jacuzzi. In Cas Concos, only a 7-minute drive (3.3 km) from the property, you will find supermarkets, shops, a pharmacy as well as restaurants. Furthermore, the charming artist town of Felanitx is located a 12-minute drive (5.5 km) north of the property and is known for its architecture, bars, cafés and many events. A number of wonderful beaches can be reached by car within 25 minutes (17 km), and the seaside town of Portocolom, a 25-minute drive (19 km) east of the villa, is well worth a visit and boasts a marina located in a scenic cove. Mallorca’s vibrant capital city of Palma and the airport can be reached after a 50-minute drive (55 km).
