Located just 3 km from Felanitx, this spacious finca combines the charm of traditional Mallorcan architecture with all the comforts needed for an unforgettable stay. Its beautiful gardens, terraces and outdoor areas provide the perfect setting for families and groups of friends looking to spend quality time together while enjoying privacy and comfort.

The heart of the property is its spectacular private swimming pool measuring 14 x 7 metres, surrounded by a spacious terrace with comfortable sun loungers and relaxing areas where you can enjoy the Mallorca sunshine. Just a few steps away, you will find a wonderful outdoor kitchen with barbecue, covered porch and dining area, the perfect place to prepare family meals, enjoy sunset dinners or spend unforgettable evenings together.

With capacity for up to 12 guests, the house is mainly distributed on one floor, making it easily accessible and comfortable for all guests. It features a cosy living room with fireplace, a spacious fully equipped kitchen connected to the main dining area, and a separate dining room. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with twin beds. The tower houses an additional double bedroom with a private bathroom and a charming viewpoint offering beautiful views over the countryside and the Sant Salvador Sanctuary. In addition, next to the pool terrace there are two large independent bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and adapted for guests with reduced mobility, providing excellent accessibility.

Casa Fina is equipped with Wi-Fi, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and dining area, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, safe, hairdryer and everything needed for a comfortable and carefree stay.

Its excellent location allows you to discover some of the most authentic places in southeast Mallorca. Felanitx preserves the character of a traditional Mallorca village, while nearby you will find the historic Santuari Castle and the Sant Salvador Sanctuary, two must-see places thanks to their history and spectacular panoramic views.
