Villa Rosa is a beautiful Ibizan style house on the seafront just 150m from the beach, with lots of charm, comfort, spectacular views and a lot of tranquility. The ideal place for a wonderful holiday with family or friends in an environment of dream and tranquility.
The villa is located in a very quiet residential area near the Robinson Club and a few meters from the sandy beach of Cala Serena, Cala Ferrera and a few meters from Golf courses and marinas. It has free Wifi in all rooms and air conditioning.
This beautiful house has a private pool (8m x 5m) facing the sea and a solarium area with 6 sun beds where you can relax contemplating the imposing landscape.
The house is distributed on a single floor. It is accessed through a large room where there is an imposing dining room with high ceilings and wooden beams that has television. From there you pass a fabulous arched porch full of character, equipped with comfortable sofas and armchairs where you can observe the terrace and the incredible views through the windows. This environment gives access to 2 of the rooms, both en suite and with closets. One of them matrimonial and the other with two single beds. The third bedroom, also en suite, is accessed from the dining room and consists of two single beds, wardrobe and bathroom with bathtub and shower. If you stay with a baby, we have a cot and high chair (with request). Both the rooms and the living room have air conditioning hot / cold.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite menus and has access to the outside with a table for 6 people where you can enjoy splendid breakfasts and meals facing the sea.
The villa is located in a residential area, so parking is not a problem. It is located near the center of Cala D'Or, a very tourist area where you can find all the services you may need such as bars, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets and even a marina to enjoy boat trips.
In addition, it is located a few kilometers from the most paradisiacal beaches of the island such as Es Trenc, Cala Mondragó, Caló D'es Burgit, S'Amarador and Cala Sanau, impressive for its fine white sand and crystal clear waters. The accommodation is surrounded by a dreamlike landscape, the ideal place for a wonderful holiday.
