You must check in before 10pm. I arrived late and only got in by sheer luck. With my flight to Hamburg I could not have arrived any earlier. Basic but clean and functional room. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Nice hotel but breakfast needs improvement

Our room was spacious and clean. We even had an outside area to relax. The bed was very soft. We were charged for a breakfast that we did not intend on buying. (On hotels.com it said breakfast was an extra cost.) We did not think it was a good breakfast. The fruit had been cut a day or two before and was mushy. The bread was dry and the only warm food was scrambled eggs. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location!

Frendly and service minded staff, quick check in. Perfect location with lots of restaurants and shopping. The room was large and comfortable. I am sure we will come back.

När vi skulle checka in så var det några tyskar före oss. Då var personalen jättetrevlig,men när vi checkade in så var det bara sura miner. Kort i tonen. Sen var en fåtölj sönder på rummet ena benet var av. Jag föll i golvet. Sen var det flera lampor som var trasiga på rummet samt plastskydd över lamporna i badrummet var trasiga. Vassa kanter som dom tejpat ihop.
