I recently had a business trip to Brasilia and I stayed at the Athos Bulcao Hotel. Very nice Hotel, great location near the shopping mall, the commercial centre and the airport. The reception staff was always very kind and could speak fluent english, which was definitely a bonus for me. Although I did have and issue with my reservation, the manager Flavia helped me very efficiently and the problem was solved in no time. I would certainly stay there again and I highly recommend it to anyone who travels to Brasilia. P.s. Brazilian food is amazing!!
I have visited Brasilia during weekend with some friends and we decided to stay at Athos Bulcao because it's close to all attractions the city has to offer. The check-in was fast and we have received a room facing the shopping center closeby. The room is equipped with LCD Tv, A/C, safe, kitchinette so it had everything we wanted. We had the breakfast included in our room rate and this was good but the only downside is lack of vegetables which is generally valid for most of the Brazilian hotels. Parking is free of charge and you don't need reservation in advance.
This hotel is very well located across the street from the mall. The bed was very comfortable. They could improve cleaning of the shower a bit, though. Breakfast was decent and staff was friendly. I would stay again and recommend it.
Hotel is fine and conveniently located. Across the street from Brasilia Shopping. Reception is good and quick. Rooms are somewhat sterile but functional. Breakfast is fine, but nothing outstanding. A fine option for a business visit.
I booked this last minute, not knowing anything about the city but I found a great hotel with a lovely big room, nearby to all amenities with friendly, knowledgeable staff who all spoke excellent English. They booked me a guided tour of the city where I made a great friend and gave me tips and hints on what to do and what not to do in Brasilia i.e don't walk anywhere! The only downside was, as I was travelling on my own, I didn't speak to anyone whilst staying there as it was mostly business people who stayed there in groups.
A stylish hotel with professional staff, and large rooms offering maximum comfort. The hotel is an excellent option with a large shopping centre directly facing the hotel, which as well as shopping offers many eating and drinking options. All the local sights are within walking distance, and the rooms also have a balcony area overlooking the city. An excellent choice, and good value in Brasilia.
This hotel is nice and comfortable for a business trip to Brasilia. Rooms are spacy, services are efficient. Located right in front of a shopping. There are a couple of good restaurants nearby. Didn't try the breakfast and meals.
I was there in a business trip and the hotel is very clean, well kept, good service. The room has a kitnet and a large balcony. It's a one room flat. Very convenient. Excellent breakfast. Very quiet. Next to a very good shopping mall just across the street. The bus to the airport, stops right in front.
Right in front of the Brasilia Mall, so with easy options to buy small forgotten things, from tooth brush to whatever. Nice restaurant, simple but fair gym, clean and new. For a day or 2 business trip is the best cost-benefit in town by now.
The Hotel is smaller than better known ones like the Melia 21, however, it offers almost everything you will need for a decent work stay: clean rooms, hot water, good air conditioning, good free wifi internet, a pool and small gym facility, good location, and free breakfast. The hotel is directly across from Brasilia Shopping mall, a well appointed mall with many decent choices for lunch/dinner at their food court (and a couple of nice restaurants as well like Coco Bambu), as well as a barber shop in the lower levels. For longer stays, if you need to do laundry or dry cleaning, both are offered at the hotel or at Brasilia shopping, but it can get pricey. For laundry a much better option is to go to the "Posto da Torre" gas station (across from Melia 21), where they have a full and self-service laundry facility (recommend you let them do it all, its inexpensive anyway). For moving around anywhere in the city, I highly recommend using UBER, it is very efficient and inexpensive.
