Ground floor : - Entrance leading to large living room, - Fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker and filter coffee maker, fridge with freezer...) open to living room/lounge with sofas and flat screen TV, 1st floor : - Double bedroom with 160x200cm bed, - Bathroom with cabin shower and WC, 2nd Floor : - Bedroom for 3 people with 160x200cm bed and 90x190cm bed. Direct access to all shops and the beach on foot within 5 minutes. Parking space in front of the gite. Arrive at the red light, it is advisable to return to the dead end in reverse to park in the square in front of the gîte. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, in the heart of Fécamp, you will appreciate the volume of the living room and the unobstructed view of the rooftops offered from the upper floors. The beach is accessible within 300m, as are the shops, restaurants and tourist attractions (Fisheries Museum, Benedictine Palace, Casino, Marina with possibility of sea trips...).
